The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you receive it. However, you must communicate your intention to do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:
* Treats or food items
* Custom or personalised orders
* Gift vouchers

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in which case we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the goods by email. Depending on the product you may be asked to send photos or post the items back to us unused. Once we receive the goods we will send a replacement. We cannot replace products that have been used.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 196 Monaro Crescent, Red Hill, ACT, 2603, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We use Australia Post services to ship our orders.

Our shipping policy aims to utilise the most cost efficient delivery method available so that we can keep postage costs for our customers low. As a result, tracking may not be included and we may split up orders and post orders using more than one package.

We use regular postal services for deliveries within Australia with an estimated delivery times of 2-6 business days after dispatch where possible.

We use Economy Airmail services for international deliveries, which is an untracked service and has a stated estimated delivery time of 10+ business days.* We have found that there can be substantial delays and can take up to 6 weeks.

Extra features (e.g. cover for loss or damage, signature on delivery) and upgrades to premium services can be purchased on request.

Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

There are restrictions with what can be imported to certain locations, please familiarise yourself with your local import regulations as we take no responsibility for deliveries confiscated by customs.
