Can I get my order SOONER THAN IN 1-3 BUS DAYS? And HOW MUCH TIME FOR THE SHIPPING?
If you ordered a digital dowload, you will receive the link to download it instantly. If you ordered a print, I will usually need 1-3 bus days to prepare and ship your order. Feel free to contact me at anytime to get an ETA.
SHIPPING TIME
Canada – 2 to 10 business days
United States – 4 to 12 business days
Please note that customs/import taxes may apply and that I'm not responsible for delayed mail.
What if I want to ORDER A LARGER QUANTITY than what is available on the listing? Or something CUSTOM?
LARGER ORDER - If you’d like to order more quantity than what is available on any of my listings, contact me to see if I can make it.
CUSTOM ORDER - If you’d like something custom, contact me as well. Keep in mind that custom orders are more expensive than regular orders and that they are not exchangeable or refundable.
How to RETURN or EXCHANGE an item? And to CANCEL an order?
RETURNS - Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship back your item (at your expense) within 30 days of delivery. When I receive the item unused and in one piece, I’ll refund it.
EXHANGE - To exchange something, return it and proceed with a new order.
CANCELLATION - Contact me within 5 days of purchase to request a cancellation and a full refund. I’ll grant it as long as the item has not already shipped.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - Please note that due to the nature of a digital download, cancellations, refunds and exchanges can not be accepted at any time.
What if my item is DAMAGED or LOST IN THE MAIL?
DAMAGED - Contact me upon reception with an attached picture of your item in its original packaging. I’ll fully refund the order or send over a free replacement.
LOST - Contact me after 2 months if your order still didn’t show up. I’ll send over a new one or fully refund your order unless the tracking shows that the item has been delivered.
How do I UNCURL A PRINT?
If your print came in a tube, it may need to be uncurled. To achieve that, unroll it face up on a clean, dry and flat surface. Put the acid free tissue that came with it on top (to protect the ink). Put heavy books on each corner and in the middle to weigh it down. Wait until it is flat, this can take up to 24 hours.

All my designs are originals. You can display them in home, office, or business environments, including public spaces, but you cannot use them for commercial reproduction or resale nor use them to create new products intended for commercial sale.
How do I ACESS my DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?
After purchase, go to your Etsy profile under “purchases and reviews”. Click “download files” and you will be taken to the order page. Click “download” again. A PDF will open with a link to download the files from Dropbox. Please note:
- Downloading is not possible on the Etsy app, you must use a mobile browser or computer.
- If you ordered “as a guest”, you will find the link to access your digital downloads in the order confirmation email from Etsy. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
- If you ordered with the “sign in with Apple” feature and are unable to access your downloads, just contact me I will email the files directly to you.
What are RATIOS and SIZES?
When you access your digital download files in Dropbox, you will see a list of all the files you can download. Depending on which size you want to print, you must choose the right ratio. Here is a list of the sizes and ratios:
Ratio 2x3 – For printing sizes 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30 and 24x36 inches
Ratio 3x4 – For printing sizes 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24 and 24x32 inches
Ratio 4x5 – For printing sizes 4x5, 8x10, 16x20 and 20x25 inches
Ratio 5x7 – For printing size 5x7 inches and sizes 50x70 cm, A5, A4, A3, A2 and A1
Ratio 11x14 – For printing sizes 11x14 and 22x28 inches
What if I want ANOTHER SIZE or RATIO?
If you are looking for another size or another ratio than what is available in my shop, like a larger image or a square image, just contact me and if it is possible, I will make it for you free of charge.
How do I PRINT the DIGITAL DOWNLOAD files?
After you downloaded the files, you can print them at home, at a local shop or with an online printing service. The final print quality depends on the type of printer and paper used. For best results, I recommend using a professional printer and premium matte paper or matte fine art paper. But if you are on a budget, a home printer with matte card stock paper or even regular printing paper could do the trick.
