Welcome to BlimpCat Studio, and thanks for stopping by! We're glad to have you here. We believe in a handful of things: design should be fun, serious occasions don't have to be taken too seriously, and kindness is always the right answer. We will do our best to work with you as a team to make not only your finished product, but your entire experience, memorable for all the right reasons.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
For custom items, you purchase a listing which consists of a deposit. This will get us started working on your project. Up until we've started, you can have your deposit back, no questions asked. Once we've started working on your design, though, we can't give you a refund on that. Once the design is complete and you've approved it, we'll make a custom listing you can buy--then we'll get them printed and ship them!

After you receive your items, we will happily refund your money if something is wrong or if the product was damaged in transit (just send it back to us). However, if the mistake was something you approved in the design stage, we regret that we can't refund your money. It's very important that you examine everything on your approval proof to make sure it's perfect. We aren't offended if you ask us to change something--we want it to be right for you!

For posters, we typically do not offer returns, as it's very difficult to get a poster back in the same condition we sent it. However, if a poster is damaged or lost in shipping, we're more than happy to replace it--just convo us.
We deal exclusively through PayPal--it works best for us and our customers, as you can see our reputation and we have your shipping information with just a simple click. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
For invitations, we prefer to ship via Priority Mail Flat Rate in the United States, owing to the fact that cards can be surprisingly heavy. Posters ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. We regret that for international shipping, we can't offer tracking (unless you care to pay the additional $35 for Registered Mail).

When your order ships (for domestic orders), you will receive a confirmation in your PayPal email with the tracking number. If you do not receive the number, please just let us know!

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays normally. If you have a rush order, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
