CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZATION/SPECIAL REQUESTS:
**Most of my designs are customizable!! Please reach out to me if you have a special request and would like to add colors and logos. I am willing to make you a custom listing made just for you!!
**Many of my designs are also personalizable with names or numbers!
**Most of my listings allow you to choose personalization when you add to cart. Please read the full description of the listing you are interested in to determine colors and personalization variations. Contact me if you don't see your colors and I will send you ideas and options!
SHIPPING:
**Orders will ship in order received.
**You will receive an email from Etsy with tracking when you order ships.
**Once you have placed an order: Please review your order's "SCHEDULED TO SHIP BY" date to know the latest it will be shipped. I typically overestimate turnaround time :) so you can expect it sooner than expected!
**All regular (non-rush) orders are shipped USPS First Class mail. Packages typically arrive 2-5 days from date of shipment.
**RUSH ordering is available at checkout. If you choose RUSH, your order will ship the next day USPS Priority Mail.
**Hats arrive packaged in a cute brown box and earrings are shipped in a bubble mailer.
**Gift wrapping is available at checkout for a small fee.
RETURNS:
**I cannot accept returns on personalized/custom designs. But rest assured! I am easy to work with and LOVE my customers and I want you to LOVE your hat/jewelry. I WILL make them right! Please contact me with any concerns, questions or ideas and I will be happy to work with you!

If you are in doubt of the size of the cap: Measure your head circumference with a measuring tape. These caps fit women with heads that measure at least 21" in circumference.
These are not caps fit for children.
