Welcome to Bliss Blvd. --Where creativity is pure bliss.
I love to create things. Creativity is my bliss and that is what inspired the name for my shop. I work with fabric, polymer clay, beads and paper. Like most artists, I am inspired by many things, so you will find a huge array of items in this shop that I hope will inspire you. Everything in my shop is one of a kind and created by me and each piece brings me a little bit of joy. This shop will always changing so EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED. I hope you will enjoy yourself here. Returns and exchanges
First and foremost, I want you, my customer to be happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please convo me and we can discuss the possibility of exchanging your item for another item that you would be interested in or if a refund is still desired, then the item must be returned in "Good" and "Recognizable" condition within seven (7) business days of delivery before a refund will be issued.
Payment
I accept PayPal first and foremost but I also accept checks. Money orders are also accepted. Please contact me by e-mail if you choose to pay with check or money order. Please allow 7-10 days for check to clear before shipment. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. After the third day, please convo me if you are still interested in your purchase.
Shipping
*I try to ensure the quality in the shipping of all of my merchandise.
*Please contact me if you have any questions about shipping and if you are interested in international rates.

*Items are shipped from the U.S. All items are shipped with proper padding to avoid shifting during shipping. Depending on size, item will be wrapped securely in bubblewrap, packaged in a small envelope and tied with a ribbon. Your item will then be sent to you in a larger envelope. Larger items five pounds, (5lbs.) and over will be bound with bubblewrap and packed securely in a cardboard box wrapped with kraft paper unless otherwise stated.
*All of my items are shipped via First Class U.S.Postage unless otherwise stated. My shipments are done once or twice a week depending on sales.
*Please allow at least two to three (2-3) business days after purchase for shipping. Business days following weekend purchases, (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will automatically begin on the following Monday. (For example, if a purchase is made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then please allow two to three, (2-3) business days beginning on Monday.) Please make sure that your PayPal address is correct and confirmed in order to ensure proper delivery. If you have another address that you would like your shipment sent to, please send a convo with specific instructions.
*With each shipment, I will include a Delivery Confirmation to ensure that you have recieved your product. That simply means that once your item has been delivered, a signature will be required upon reciept. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, your postal carrier is required to leave a written notification. From that point, you, the customer will be responsible for the delivered item. From the information provided on your written notification, you may contact your local post office for more info. As the seller, I will be happy to provide you with any tracking information you might need concerning your delivery.

If you are happy with my customer service and the item that you have purchased from my shop, I would love for you to leave positive feedback for me. It not only inspires me to get better at what I do, it also inspires the possibility of future customers and longevity in the Etsy community. As a seller, I will also provide feedback for you. Even after our transaction is over, You, my customer will not be forgotten. If so desired, I would love to be able to keep our lines of communication open.

*Yes, I welcome custom orders. When inquiring about custom orders please be as specific as you can so I can accomodate you. Please include such specifics as size,(measurement in height and width), color, and style, (for instance, elegant, whimsical, traditional or abstract). If you desire more than one item, Please indicate the number of items you may be interested in and please allow me a specific time frame to work on your order.
