Welcome to Bliss Boutique. Everything at Bliss is handmade by me. I take great care in creating my pieces and use high quality materials. I do not use patterns so any slight difference between similar items is just where my hands lead me while I was creating.

Paypal (domestic and international) and money orders/cashier checks (USA and Canada only) are accepted.
Shipping
All in stock items are shipped in 3-5 days after payment clears. Shipping on customs orders will vary depending on the complexity of the item. I will keep in contact with you to let you know the progress and the approximate completion and shipping dates, generally 1-2 weeks unless it is a Salvador. All items are shipped via USPS. Please email me if you would like a private listing with priority mail and/or insurance.

I believe in environmental responsibility and use recycled packing materials whenever possible. Be assured that no matter what type of box is used, your items will arrive in pristine condition.

All items are shipped via First Class International, with no tracking. If you would like to upgrade to a traceable service please email me for a private listing.

International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes as required to receive their goods.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted based on a case-to-case decision after prior email or convo contact. If there is a problem, please contact me before leaving negative feedback so we can try to come up with a positive solution.

All items and especially my hats and cocoons need to be returned in unworn/unused condition in order to comply with hygiene laws.
