Please keep in mind that colors on your computer may differ a bit from the actual color of my jewelry, everyone's monitor settings are a bit different.

Please contact me if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. Please feel free to contact me prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding the jewelry to minimize the need for returns.

I try to show each piece of my jewelry from different angles and in different light so you can get a better idea of how it will look in person-please check out all the photos in the listing!

I do understand that sometimes things don't work out or just look different in person, so if you would like an exchange or refund the jewelry must be mailed back WITHIN 2 weeks of purchase and I MUST be contacted prior to sending it back. Again, this is done on a case by case basis, so please convo me first. Also, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of getting the item back to me. I require the jewelry to be shipped back in the same packaging (gift box) that it arrived in. If it is not returned in the original gift box, you will be issued a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Thank you.
I encourage you to pay through Paypal, as it is the fastest and safest way to send money, but I will also accept checks and money orders. Please note that if you choose to pay with a check or a money order, I will not ship your item until the funds clear into my account.

I will ship your jewelry to your address listed in ETSY unless otherwise noted in the "Message to Seller" section during checkout.

Please check each listing for the processing time. Some pieces are made to order and take time for me to make them. I will send you shipping confirmation info as soon as your order ships.

Your jewelry will ship out first class mail through the USPS. If you need expedited shipping, shipping insurance or delivery confirmation, please convo me and we can work something out based on your needs.

I am NOT responsible for items lost in the mail. I offer free shipping with covers USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation (for domestic orders) but NOT INSURANCE!! If your item is lost or delivered late, I am not responsible and will NOT replace the item. I've had only a few problems using the postal service, but if you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please convo me prior to purchase for a price quote.

If your ETSY and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me, I will ship the item to the address furnished during ETSY checkout.

If negative or neutral feedback is left for me prior to contacting me about any issue you may be experiencing with your purchase I will leave you the same feedback. PLEASE contact me first as I am almost always willing to offer exchanges or refunds or fix whatever problem you have. Your satisfaction is my top priority!! Thanks!

I typically leave feedback in batches once a week. I'm happy to leave positive feedback for those who pay promptly. As this is my business and reputation is everything, I would appreciate it if you could contact me with any issues you have with the transaction so that I may be able to fix the situation before negative feedback is left...Thanks!

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction. PayPal payment is required within 48 hours of purchase.

PHOTOS-I take all of my photos is natural sunlight to give the most accurate depiction of my jewelry. Please keep in mind that computer monitors may change the color of the jewelry depending on the settings.

Jewelry Care- Silver (as well as plated metal) tarnishes due to exposure to air, environmental factors, and the oils on your skin that your jewelry comes into contact with. Here are some helpful tips to keep your new jewelry looking bright and shiny:
1)Store your silver jewelry in an airtight container or bag to slow down the oxidation process.
2)Wipe your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth after each wear, to remove oils, hairspray, perfume and anything in the air, namely pollution, that it may have come into contact with.
3)Avoid wearing in the water (do not wear during showers)
4)Put your jewelry on after you've applied makeup, perfume, and hairspray to avoid spraying your jewelry.
5)Don't use an abrasive silver polish or liquid dip to clean your silver pieces.
