Care instructions
Avoid storing your items in the sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
Acrylic is sensitive to scratches, so handle with care!
Can you explain the proofing process?
After you place your order, I send 2 proofs:
1. Lettering (the font, spacing, size, and spelling)
2. Flower Design (a picture of your chosen flowers arranged)
Edits can be made, and you may request my font book at any time. However, once you say you approve of either proof, NO more edits may be made. I start production shortly after approval.
If you don't respond for over 1 week, I reserve the right to cancel your order.
Do you do seating charts?
I don't make seating charts. Please consider supporting other small business owners to take on your seating chart requests though!
Do you make notebooks/guestbooks?
No! I don't make any resin items anymore. All of my products are acrylic.
My order is lost/hasn't arrived! What do I do?
If your item is lost or damaged though, please contact me so we can come to a solution such as a refund/replacement, etc. depending on the situation.
