Yes certainly as long as they are not sold on Print on Demand websites such as Spoonflower, Cafepress.

A license will cover all designs within the digital paper pack. The combined total prints must not exceed the amount allowed within the license rule.

A basic license will allow up to 500 meters to be printed while the extended license will guarantee unlimited prints.

Yes you can create washi tapes for sale with my artwork however an extended license is required (not the basic license) per washi tape roll design.
