Q: What are the dimensions of each sign?
A: All sign dimensions can be found in the item description on each listing.

Q: On state signs, can I place the heart wherever I want it?
A: Of course! When purchasing a state sign, just leave a comment in the note to seller when you go to check out with what city you would like the heart placed over. I can include up to 3 hearts on each state sign. If you do not include anything in the note to seller, there will be no heart(s) on your sign.

Q: How do I hang my sign?
A: A sawtooth picture hanger is attached to the back of each sign for easy hanging.

Q: Can I change the board or string color?
A: Absolutely! For the board itself, I currently offer dark walnut stain, gray stain, or painted any color. For string, all options can be found at this link- Any colors in columns 1-18 are included in the advertised price.

Q: Can I have my order sent to someone else as a gift?
A: Absolutely! Be sure to enter their information into the shipping address when you go to check out. If you would like a personalized note sent to them, we're happy to do that as well- just leave what you would like it to say in the comments in the note to seller when purchasing.

Q: How fast will my order get to me once it is shipped?
A: Most orders use USPS priority mail 1-3 day shipping, however, smaller signs may be shipped via USPS first class 2-5 day shipping. Feel free to send us a message if you have a questions of when your order will get to you!

Q:I used the wrong address at checkout. Can I change it?
A: If you contact us promptly via Etsy convo with the correct address, we may be able to accommodate your request. We like to ship as quickly as we can, so if the mistake is not realized quickly, we may not be able to change the address as your order may have already shipped to you.

Q: What if I need an order by a certain date?
A: If you need an order sooner than the current shipping timeframe, please contact us prior to purchasing to see if we are able to accommodate. Rush fees can be added, depending on how soon the item is needed.

Q: I'm local to Indianapolis- can I pick up my sign?
A: Unfortunately due to issues with customers not picking up their signs, or not doing so in a timely fashion, I no longer offer local pickup on orders.

Please note that no two pieces will be the same. We make all efforts to produce consistent and quality one of a kind pieces, but wood will contain knots, imperfections & unique grain patterns. This is part of the nature of wood and we make no extraordinary efforts to hide their natural flaws- each imperfection adds to the character of the piece and is a part of buying handmade! :)

Please note that we do not take cancellations once an order has been placed- if there is an issue, please contact us directly via Etsy convo.

If your item is returned to us due to remaining unclaimed at its destination, we are not responsible for re-shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for those and a full refund will not be offered.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us to see what we can work out. We can't guarantee any refunds as all sales are final, but we are happy to look at each circumstance on a case by case basis. To be at all eligible for a refund/replacement, we will need to start by seeing a picture of how the item arrived within 48 hours of delivery. Please do NOT throw any packaging way as it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.

I try my best to get clear photographs of my products, however, due to different computer monitors, the color of your product may be slightly different than shown. Signs may also include knots or imperfections that help to add to the character of buying handmade!
We accept PayPal and Etsy's Direct Checkout service. Payment is required in full before we will start working on your order.

**Any buyers from Indiana will be charged 7% Sales Tax.
Please check the shipping tab on each individual item to see what the most up to date processing time is. We currently only ship within the United States and are not taking international orders at this time. Most packages are shipped via USPS priority mail (1-3 days), however, smaller signs are shipped via first class mail (2-5 days).

Each sign is carefully packaged and every effort is taken on our part to prevent damage during shipment. Once they leave our hands, all packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service. We hope that USPS personnel will treat all packages with care, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. While all sales are final, refunds/replacements are considered for any problematic orders on a case-by-case basis if we receive a picture of how your order arrived within 48 hours of delivery. Please do NOT throw any packaging way as it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.

We do not take responsibility for any packages lost, mis-delivered (due to inaccurate address given by buyer), or returned to us (due to being unclaimed by recipient) by USPS. We will contact buyers about any order that is returned to us.
