We offer chic supplies at competitive pricing for all of your fashionable project needs. We provide wholesale pricing on DIY headband supplies and bridal supplies, including shabby chiffon trims, rhinestone embellishments, elastics, feather pads, bridal appliques, and hardware.

Payment
We accept payment by credit card through Etsy and Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.

Orders will process once payment has cleared. Please keep in mind that Paypal e-checks take several days to clear.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
As long as your order has not been processed and shipping label has not been printed, I can cancel your order. Our processing time is super quick, so please, notify me asap if you need to cancel. Once orders have been filled and shipping label has been printed, we cannot cancel. If you need to return order, please view the return policies below.

Payment received by echeck through paypal will be processed after payment has cleared which takes about 3-5 days to clear. Add an additional 1-2 days for order processing and then an additional 2-5 days for First Class shipping within the USA.

INSURANCE:
Insurance can be added to your order. Please, send us a message before placing your order so it can be added. We are not responsible for packages damaged by USPS, if insurance is not purchased.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct. If a package is returned because the wrong address was listed, you will be charged shipping to reship your package to the correct address.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:
- If you are a USA resident, your tracking number was emailed to you after your package shipped. You can also locate your tracking number in "Your Account" under your "Purchases".
- International packages now come with tracking numbers and can be tracked as well!

Refunds and Exchanges
New return policy as of November 10, 2012:

*We do our best to personally inspect all orders to ensure you will be receiving quality product. ALL orders are double checked for accuracy before shipping out and in some cases triple checked for accuracy. If we have made a mistake on your order, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we will work with you to make it right.

*We do our best to cut out any defective flowers in our shabby rose trim, or add additional flowers to the end of yardage to replace defective ones. However, on the rare case that a defective flower gets by us, we will NOT replace it.

ELASTIC & TRIM COLORS......
*Please understand that colors of elastic can vary from dye lot to dye lot. Also, color shades of flower trim can vary from batch to batch. This is common across any product that is color dyed. If you would like to return or exchange any product because of color variations from batch to batch, please read our return/exchange guidelines below.

DAMAGED PRODUCT.......
*As stated before, all product is personally inspected before shipping out. If you contact us claiming you have received damaged product, we will ask you to clarify and give details as to what's damaged about the product you received. We will also ask that you submit a photo showing the damage. *****For us to issue a refund or replacement, we MUST receive a photo of the damaged product.

IF RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ITEM, PLEASE READ......
*Returns accepted conditionally. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, if there is an issue. If a return is accepted, the item must be shipped back in UNUSED condition in the way they were received and post marked within 7 days of receipt. *****ALL trim, elastic, and lace is measured for accuracy when returned. If there is a shortage of trim, elastic, or lace in the return package, you will be refunded accordingly. ******Please note that shipping charges and rush fees are nonrefundable.

***Please, be respectful of the product!!! We take pride in shipping all items out in a careful manner with proper packaging. If returning an item, please be respectful of the product and ship it back in the same care that it was shipped to you. If we receive product back that is just thrown in an envelope, such as rhinestone/pearl buttons and/or appliqués, and they are delivered to us in poor condition because they were not packaged properly, you will not receive a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES.....
If making an exchange, we will send you a PayPal invoice for shipping out the exchanged item(s) once the returned package is received.

Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Items now have a drop down menu to choose the quantity you need, without having to go through a custom listing! If your selections don't show the quantity you desire, send us a convo and we'll adjust the listing for you!

If a custom listing is set up for you, listings must be purchased within 48 hours, or the listing will be deactivated. We do not hold inventory for customers past 48 hours.

SHABBY ROSE TRIM:
When purchasing a listing where "U pick" the colors, please leave your color selections in the "notes to seller" section at check out. If no colors are left in the "notes to seller" section at check out, we will make two attempts to contact you, once through Etsy convo and once through email. If there is still no response, we will put your order on hold until you eventually contact us about not receiving your order.

+++Please note that trim might come in 2 or more pieces when ordering yardage. If you want a 1 yard piece, please let me know.+++

ELASTIC:
Elastic is pre cut in 5 & 10 yard increments. If ordering more than 10 yards, you will receive multiples of pre cut elastic.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We have a NO-CANCELLATION policy.
Please make sure you've checked your order and entered any coupon codes before checking out. If you have any questions about colors, shipping/rush, etc, please message us PRIOR to purchasing, please do not leave requests in the notes section at check out. Once orders are placed, we do not cancel them.

SALES TAX:
Tennessee residents will be charged a 9.25% state sales tax.
