We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us prior to leaving feedback so that we may work with you to correct any problems.

We strive to provide detailed descriptions of our items, and are happy to answer any pre-sale questions. With this in mind, please understand that we do not issue refunds for personalized or custom items under most circumstances.

We do accept returns on non-custom products with prior arrangement, the refund however will only be for the price of the product itself, shipping charges including return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned within ten days and in its original condition.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will be glad to replace it for you, all we ask is that you email a picture of the broken item.

We accept all major credit card payments, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards.

All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS.

Please Note: All items will be shipped to the address provided on your order unless otherwise agreed upon. If you need to change a shipping address, you will need to cancel your order and repurchase with the correct information. Changes to addresses can’t be made in Etsy’s system.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods.

International Shipping:
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur Customs duty/tax fees. If this is a process in your country please purchase accordingly and be cautious that you will be financially responsible for those Customs duty/tax fees upon accepting your order. Our shipping fees include the actual shipment, NOT the Customs Fees/Taxes, as we are unable to estimate or quote duties and taxes of other countries. Please Note: Bloxstyle will not be held responsible or financially accountable for international customs duty/tax fees. Also as a disclosure, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks, it does not happen often, but it can happen.

FAQ

Since wood is a "living" and natural material, it has some typical features which people often mistake for faults. Knowing them will be very useful to understand this material better:

Dimensional movements and dilations
Wood is a hygroscopic material adapting its level of dampness to the surrounding environment. This may cause slight warps which have to be considered normal if they do not jeopardize the correct function of the product.

Grains
Wood is characterized by the presence of more or less regular grains that offer fascination, beauty and complexity. Grain refers to the alternating regions of relatively darker and lighter wood resulting from the differing growth parameters occurring in different seasons (i.e., growth rings). Each tree has a story and carries its history in its grain.

Knots
Knots, particularly in some kinds of wood, are typical features and not faults. They actually can add visual interest to the product. In the tree a knot is either the base of a side branch or a dormant bud. Imagine how many branches a tree has.

Colour variations
The exposure of the products to sunlight will cause, in time, color variations. The finish also allows the wood to age and darken naturally over time.
