Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Within 7 days of receipt, with prior approval, original unused condition returns will be accepted and refunds made less a 15% charge for restocking > NOTE: special orders and custom design items are not eligable for return.

NOTE:8% Sales Tax required on all items delivered in New York State.
