Payment

I accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Etsy Gift Cards.

NOTE* If you pay with an e-check through PayPal, I will not ship your order until the e-check clears - this usually takes 3 to 10 business days.

Shipping

Shipping:

I will mail your order within three business days, upon receiving payment. All items will be shipped using USPS First Class mail, and shipping will include delivery confirmation and insurance. I welcome both U.S. and International shipping. Please make sure all of your addresses are up to date; I cannot take responsibility for shipping to the wrong address.

Packaging:

All jewelry will be packaged in a lovely gift box and mailed in a bubble-lined shipping envelope.

* There is a handling charge but it is already included in the total shipping price. The handling charges covers the cost of the packaging materials, gas to the post office and my time to prepare your order. If you would like to upgrade to Priority mail please note that you will be charged a handling fee in addition to the shipping fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make every effort to provide you with an accurate representation of each item. However, lighting and monitor settings may slightly alter their appearance. If you need more information, or would like more photos, please let me know. If you feel that I have misrepresented any item, contact me and I would be happy to issue a refund provided the item has not been worn or damaged. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact me. Usually I am happy to issue refunds for a variety of reasons, as long as you contact me within 3 weeks of the purchase date.
