Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Return of an item damaged in transit will be accepted for replacement or in-store credit. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost, however, I will pay the shipping cost of the new exchange item. Please note that the new item will not be shipped to the buyer until the damaged item is received by Blueberry Art.

Returns for reasons other than an item being damaged in transit will be considered on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with your item, please contact me upon receipt.
Please note that all prices are in USDollars

***Ontario residents please note: An 8% Retail Sales Tax (RST)will be charged in addition to the price of the purchased item (minus the shipping cost). I will send you a revised invoice shortly after initial purchase.

Payment must be made in full and be cleared prior to the item being shipped.
All Blueberry Art items are carefully wrapped in either bubble wrap for ceramics or with a stiff card in a cellophane sleeve for paper products and artwork. Items are then mailed in a sturdy bubble mailer or box, depending on the size of the item.

Blueberry Art ships internationally using Canada Post. Rates are based on the origin, destination and weight of the item being shipped. I will find the quickest delivery method at the most affordable price. Please let me know if this is a rush order and will reflect the shipping accordingly. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays.)

Please allow 8-10 business days for shipping within Canada and the United States, however, packages have been known to arrive much earlier.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.


Blueberry Art reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback.
