Please send me a message if you think your item may be lost in the mail or is damaged upon arrival, and we can discuss the best possible solution. If the item was original artwork, please note that there is no way for me to exactly duplicate the former piece.

Please pay promptly. I will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. I do not currently accept checks or money orders, but if you have a special need, please convo me. For the most part, paypal is fast, efficient and easy. Let me know if you have any problems or questions about paypal.

All in-state orders (buyers located in Colorado) will be charged the current sales tax rate.

I ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. I ship most of my orders through first class mail due to my good faith in the postal service. If you have ordered an original drawing, I will do my best to especially ensure that the one of a kind piece is insured---for shipping in the U.S. I will add insurance free of charge, for shipments to other countries, I will evaluate the best shipping option based on the final destination. I ship some framed items through UPS due to the fact that some heavier items are less expensive to ship via UPS. Please see specific details for shipping in each individual item's description.

Shipping times within the U.S. vary depending on your distance from Colorado (usually between 3-5 business days). The postal service estimates International orders will arrive to you within 10-14 business days from the day I ship, although there are no specific guarantees because arrivals depend on the handling of the package by multiple postal services.

I do my absolute best to get your package to you as quickly as possible with affordable shipping. First-class mail is the most affordable way to ship, but it does not include tracking or shipping day guarantees. If you do not receive your package in what seems like plenty of time, please contact me and we can talk about ways to solve the problem.
