My shop is probably one of the most detailed in information as you will find. I try to think of any and all questions or problems that may need to be addressed and discuss those in as much detail as I can. I know it can seem like a lot but it's definitely worth knowing as much information as you can. If, for some reason, you aren't able to find your answers in my shop or with the listing, please, please, please contact me! You can never ask too many questions and it's always better to be safe than sorry! I will communicate with you promptly, politely, and respectfully, and I ask for the same in return. :)

Unless otherwise noted, my products are made-to-order so just be sure to read the complete description of each item to get a better idea of the processing time. If you need your item(s) quicker than the time frame stated, please contact me right away and we can work things out. :)

Please also make note that the fabric book slings are for the slings only and DO NOT come with dowel rods or brackets. The teepee covers are also for the covers only and DO NOT come with the wooden posts. If you are interested in purchasing any of those items WITH dowel rods, brackets, or poles please contact me to discuss costs and details.

Shipping price estimates include a $3-$10 handling fee per item (depending on the item or items purchased) plus the estimated cost of shipping. If, at any time, the shipping portion (not including the handling) is less than the shipping amount paid, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment. I do offer both domestic and international shipping. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, import taxes, etc. for any international shipments. Bluebird Mint Boutique is not responsible for any delays due to customs delays, etc. Please allow enough time for processing and shipping, especially if shipping internationally. Most items will ship USPS however, FedEx, UPS, and DHL may be used. I will do my best to choose the best possible shipping carrier based on shipping location, item(s) being sent, and cost of shipping.

Shipments sent through USPS and FedEx will have insurance through Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc. Per their policy, insurance is not available for packages being shipped to: Afghanistan, Angola, Brazil, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico (Truck/rail shipments to and within other than as a connecting conveyance), Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela.

Additionally, coverage is not available to any location that would be in violation of any US economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

After making my wedding clutch, I asked Natalie to make 7 custom clutches for my bridesmaids. She was awesome about making a variety of designs, to match each bridesmaid's style. She was able to work with my shorter timeline and did a beautiful job. My bridesmaids absolutely LOVED them. Thank you so much Natalie!!

About

The idea to start my own shop and sell handmade products started back in December of 2014. I had the toughest time finding Christmas stockings that matched our décor, our personality, and the design of our house so I decided to head to Joann Fabrics to see what I could come up with.

My husband had purchased a sewing machine for me for Christmas the year before and I hadn't had time to sit down and try it out. So, a year later, here I was YouTube-ing a video on sewing and viola! I designed, created, and sewed our family Christmas stockings! :) (4 of the designs are listed in my shop!)

Once I completed those, I decided to try out a large sequin and lace teepee for my daughter. And when I say large, I mean LARGE...it stands about 7ft tall and hardly ever gets used, other than by myself when I need some alone time, away from the screaming kids hahahaha....juuuust kiiiiddingggg....sorta! ;)

After completing the teepee, dozens of ideas started running through my mind and so, here we are...after being delayed for about 9 months between moves, etc, I have been able to create items that I would love for you to purchase and have in your home!

I pride myself on creating and delivering high quality products, working with each and every one of my customers and clients to create something they will love, and most importantly, providing some of the best customer service you will ever experience...or at least that's my goal! :)

I answer emails/messages pretty quickly and although my products are made-to-order and have a time frame of anywhere between 1-6 weeks before being shipped, I work very hard to complete and ship them a lot quicker than that! I also strive to be politely honest as possible and will work with you any way I can, while offering positive and honest business practices.

Custom and personalized orders

I would love to work with you should you have a different design or fabric/material in mind. Please contact me so we can create something you will love & enjoy!

It's best to contact me prior to purchasing. I will always do my best to accommodate your requests for changes after your purchase but can not make any guarantees.

Certain changes, revisions may require additional costs. Some custom orders may require a deposit. It is non-refundable if the customer decides to not go forward with the order, however, that deposit will be applied toward the total price of the product(s) if the customer does go through with the order.

The "note to seller" section is also a great place to leave messages! :)

Sizing details

Looking for a different size than what is offered? Please contact me to discuss the details of what you are looking for and I will create a custom listing for you!

Shipping & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are close estimates. If the shipping costs end up being less than what you paid, the difference will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please contact me if you are looking to receive your item sooner than what I currently offer. Expedited shipping is possible at an additional cost.

Unless I am sending you fabric swatches/samples, all orders will come with a tracking number. I do not have control over the package once it has left my hands and is at the post office or shipping center to be mailed. Shipping times are estimates and do not account for natural disasters, etc.

Processing Time

Most of my products are made-to-order, unless otherwise noted. Production time may vary depending on the product(s) you have ordered as well as the number of orders ahead of yours. Design and creation time varies depending on the product and can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

Please keep in mind that processing time and shipping time are separate. Orders should arrive within 5-7 business days of the ship date but not always a guarantee.

I do work on orders as soon as possible so any changes that need to be made should be made immediately. I will do my best to accommodate but can not make any guarantees.

International Shipping

I do offer shipping outside of the US. Please contact me with any questions. See my international shipping policy in my about me section or with each listing for more details. All shipping and customs fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Unfortunately, I am not accepting returns at this time. However, each order is on a case-by-case basis & I will do my best to work with you should you have any issues. Please understand, if applicable, refunds will more than likely not be the first option. I will likely adjust/resew/fix or replace the actual product first before finding other solutions.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item(s) to discuss your order. I can not guarantee a repair, replacement, etc if I am contacted after the 3 days.

Don't hesitate to message me. If I am not aware of an issue or a concern, I can't work with you to alleviate the situation! :) Always better to be safe than sorry! :)

Exchanges

Exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping and/or the shipping back to the for the exchanged item.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss the order. I can not guarantee an exchange if I am contacted after 3 days.

You can never ask me too many questions so, please, ask away!! always better to be safe than sorry :)

Please don't ever assume anything! Always ask and verify any questions you have before making a purchase!

One thing to consider: if you are in contact with me or have made a purchase (especially if you have placed an order), please keep an eye on your Etsy messages as it will be the only way for me to contact you. I am constantly checking my Etsy account and will usually respond in less than 24 hours...unless I'm sleeping ;) or an emergency has come up. I can't help out if I'm not able to get ahold of you :)
