When do you consider an item lost in the mail and issue a refund or send a replacement?

For domestic shipments, items are considered lost in the mail after 2 weeks have passed from the ship date. For shipments to Canada, the wait is 3 weeks. However, in each situation, I will take a look at the specific circumstances and make a determination before taking next steps.

What is your exchange policy?

Items that qualify for exchange require that you notify me within 3 days of delivery that you wish to make the exchange and then you must return the item within 14 days of delivery. Please handle all items with care and return them in the same condition as when they were received. Items that are not returned in like new condition (i.e. the item has been cut, washed, used or altered or has a smoke odor) are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must pay a $5 fee (domestic only...please message for international rate) to cover shipping and handling of the item they are receiving in exchange for the returned item.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, please message me as soon as possible so that we can discuss the problem and come up with a solution. If you have difficulty using the Etsy site for messaging, I am also available via email at bluebottlesboutique@gmail.com or by phone at (407) 630-5129.

Can a pattern be returned or exchanged?

Due to copyright laws and to protect the rights of pattern designers, patterns may not be returned or exchanged.
