While we want to provide our international buyers with unique designs and fast turn around service. We cannot provide tracking support once orders leave the US. Please check your local postal service for any information regarding delays, or interruptions to postal services. We do not offer refunds as each order is completely handcrafted just for you. Custom alterations and Personalized Requests

All custom requests that would alter the original listing options other than (customized text for qualifying listings), must be submitted before placing your order.

DO NOT RELY ON NOTES left at checkout, as those are often overlooked until is time to work on your order.

Care & Use Instructions

Our designs are made with quality materials, like, Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, Solid Gold, and Craft wire.

We frequently use Aluminum for its beauty and characterized lightweight delicacy. We will never use compromised material that we know could have been exposed to a harsh chemical.

However, we recommend that you apply careful handling of the items you have ordered from our shop accordingly, Including food safety and careful handling for sharp edges.

Blue Brides®LLC is not responsible for any injuries or reactions resulting from the use of our designs. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to our policies and to relieve Blue Brides®LLC and its members of any legal responsibility.

NO Returns - Exchange Options Available

We proudly create each order at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not provide refunds as each order is created precisely to meet your order details.

However, we understand that ordering online is challenging so we are now offering ONE exchange per order, for non-personalized orders within 5 days of delivery.

Please make sure to review your order as soon as it is delivered for us to be able to offer an exchange for the total of the order minus shipping.

If you have any issues, such as, incorrect spelling due to a fault of our own or have received the incorrect order. We will gladly replace your items at no cost to you after reviewing the order records.

Processing Time & Shipping

We offer a 3-5 business day (1- week) turn around processing time service FREE of charge as well as FREE domestic shipping.

Free service applies to any order under 100- non-customized items and excludes clothing.

We also offer "rush my order" options that will speed up the turnaround time and in most cases also upgrade your shipping method. Please take a look at the available upgrades under “RUSH | SAMPLES" or message us for more details.

If you need your order handled fast you MUST contact us BEFORE placing your order. Otherwise is not possible to guide you to the best options for your particular case and standard handling will be applied.

Please note that our shipping estimates are for domestic orders.

Approved Returns | Approved Exanges

On a case by case basis, refunds could be approved*

There is a 25% Restocking fee +(-) any shipping cost.

Please contact us with your order concerns, and we will gladly answer any questions you may have.

What is a restocking fee? A small fee to help replace some of the material used to create your original order.
