We send mockups for every order. Mockups are sent 1-2 days before your order is scheduled to ship. We do not create mockups prior to orders being placed. Once the mockup has been started orders can not be cancelled. Each order includes one free mockup adjustment or photo change. Additional mockup adjustments or photos changes will incur a fee and may delay shipping. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of sending your mockup we will assume your mockup is approved and will print/ship your order.

All of our orders ship within 1-5 business days (this does not include Saturday, Sunday or any holidays). Check our shop announcements for the most up to date processing times. Shipping is another 1-6 days depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout and your location. Shipping delays are always a possibility. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time however we can not be held responsible for USPS delays. If you order is in transit with no USPS scans for more than 14 business days we will file a claim with USPS on your behalf.

All of our coolers start out white and we print the design, including the background color. You are welcome to scroll through our shop to see some designs we have printed in the past or send us a message if you have something in mind. We can print any solid color you would like!

Please note - Actual can cooler color may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone seeing these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos and mockups represent the colors as true as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your screen.
