I ordered this item late on 10/22, so lets say it was ordered on the 23 instead to be fair. I didn't hear from the seller, but that was OK, not all sellers communicate. On 10/28 however, I got an email from the seller telling me they were sorry, they had been out of town and had not put their shop on vacation mode. They asked if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted the item and they would send me a pocket size book for the inconvenience. I told them straight away that I did still want it and the small gift would be nice. n nI still received nothing, and although I sent messages to this seller a couple of times asking what was going on, I heard not a word back from them. I finally decided to file a dispute with PayPal on Nov. 14 and they didn't respond to that either until I escalated the dispute to a claim on Nov. 21. Clearly this seller wasn't going to send me the product I had ordered. n nThey finally refunded my money on Dec.1. and I got a message from seller that they had had a personal emergency they had been dealing with and were sorry. They said they were going to go to PP and give a refund and would send a free pocket sized book to make it up to me. That was on Dec. 1. I did get the refund, but haven't gotten the pocket sized book. I feel the only true thing this seller ever said was that they were giving a refund, and that took far too long. n nAs to the personal emergency, it couldn't have been all that bad as they added product to their store on Oct. 25 and Nov. 24. n nNo buyer should ever have to deal with this sort of nonsense. n nNot recommended!
