Payment
Payment is required before I begin to create your piece. I accept all payment methods, but again will not create your piece until I have received payment and checks clear the bank.
Shipping
I ship first class mail in a bubble mailer. First class mail can take anywhere from 3-10 business days.

I ship Monday-Saturday. I typically will craft items in 3-5 Business days. This means Monday-Friday. The shop is closed to stamping Saturday and Sunday, thus not considered a Business day.

Items will ship within the allotted time but I cannot guarantee an arrival date unless a priority shipping is requested. Convo. me if you wish to upgrade to priority and I will create a listing for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
1.No refunds. If a mistake is made on my part I will gladly remake the item at no charge after you return the unsatisfactory item to me. I will refund return first class shipping. If needed sooner, I can create a listing to ship priority and the customer will pay the difference.
2. Hand stamped items are made by stamping each individual letter so there may be variations in spacing and placement. This makes the pieces unique and gives them character. I am not a machine and you may notice slight differences in placement as the stamp placement varies each time I stamp. If you find this unsatisfactory, I will accept a return within 7 days of the customer receiving the item and the unsatisfactory piece must be re-shipped to me and received by me within 14 business days of the shipping label being printed. I cannot remake a piece if the unsatisfactory piece is not returned. If I made a mistake in spelling or design, please refer to no. 1 in my policies.
3. I cannot refund if you change your mind or have buyers remorse. If you purchase and decide you no longer wish to have the item, I cannot cancel the order.
4.Any requests for a replacement must be requested within 14 business days after purchase. (Request within 7 days of item received by buyer and mailed within 7 days of replacement request) Any rush shipment will be paid by customer.
5. I am not responsible for lost or pieces damaged in mailing. I make every effort to secure and mail items so they are received safely. It is strongly recommended that you purchase insurance by requesting a separate listing. I cannot control the post office. Customers can request UPS or FEDEX during high postal seasons such as Christmas. It is recommended that the customer make every effort to contact the shop owner to ensure that RUSH shipping is purchased if the customer is on a time crunch. RUSH Listings are available at a fixed fee (in addition to purchase of item) to ensure that items are shipped faster and "bumped" to the top of the list.

If the customer has any specific information that is needed, they must add it to the Notes section of the order and/or specifically contact the seller for information and clarification of the order. If no communication is made, the seller will to the best of their ability complete the order.
