A quick disclaimer about shipping. I have found that items are taking a longer time to ship although that has improved post holiday. USPS states this is due to increased shipping and employee availability due to COVID. I have signed up on the USPS.com web site for text and email updates which I have found to sometimes be helpful to track delayed packages. You can do this also when you click on the tracking number I send you when I ship your package. Thank you for your patience and please stay safe!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I will accept the return of an item if it is not as described. Clothing cannot be exchanged based on size. Please pay attention to the measurements. Insurance may be purchased against loss or damage and is included in the cost of shipping on some fragile items.

Shipping
Please expect 5-7 business days for handling time.
I usually ship by USPS standard post, priority or 1st class in the US and internationally. Occasionally, if the item needs it, I choose another shipping method.
International buyers please contact me for shipping quotes.
I am happy to combine shipping and discount shipping prices, but reserve the right to not combine shipping on fragile items if I think it will endanger the items' safety.
Fragile items may be insured in the US and in that case the price is included in shipping.
Tracking is included in the cost of shipping in the US.
International customers:
Please be aware of the duties applied by your country. These are not additional shipping charges. I am not responsible for any charges by customs.
I will not lie on customs forms calling an item a gift or understating prices.
