Payment
Bluegrassloft accept payment by Paypal and credit card.

Items will be shipped after the payment is cleared.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped by USPS first class, and tracking information will be provided. Add priority shipping listing to your order if you want to speed up the delivery. (Note: note every shipment's tracking information is updated accurately) We are not responsible for anything happened after the package is released to the post office.
International orders are not trackable when it leaves U.S. we are not responsible for lost packages after they are released to the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every sold item (except personalized items) is fully refundable within 15 days after the order is received. Please ship the item back in its original state.

I will arrange replacement of personalized item if the fault is on my side.
