The name for Blue & Green designs was born from my sons favorite colors. Blue representing the sky, potential, heavens and green being from the earth, grounded, and solid. Both colors resonate peacefulness and harmony. Blue and green merge, for me, in the creation of art and provide me with lightness and foundation.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

RETURN POLICY
We are always happy to exchange or refund your item if you’re not happy with it, or it gets damaged in the mail. Please contact us for prior authorization of any returns.

We will cover the cost of re-shipping:
-If your order arrived damaged.
-If an item was received in error.
-If your package was lost in the mail. *However, if the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the package.*
-If your package was mis-delivered and you are unable to correct the matter with your local post office.

We ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping:
-If you seek a replacement or an exchange for reasons other than damage or loss as described above.
-If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
-If the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it.
-If for any reason you were unable to collect your package at customs.

*All refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition. Under no circumstance does Blue & Green Designs reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our admin [!at] lenacox.com. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Blue & Green Designs for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Contact Customer Support at admin [!at] lenacox.com to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.
3. Use the Upload File button in your email service to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
4. To receive a refund or exchange, products must be returned to Blue & Green Designs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT THE RETURN PROCESS USUALLY ENTAILS
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds). To receive a refund, products must be returned to Blue & Green Designs.

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated. Exchanges may only be swapped for a different apparel style or non-apparel item of equal or lesser value.

Shipping
Live in the Raleigh, NC area? I can deliver the product directly to you and we can avoid shipping costs all together.

Items are almost always shipped in a reused shipping box.

We ship worldwide using USPS Priority Mail shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Canadian buyers - please allow up to 6 weeks for shipment to arrive.

We combine shipping on multiple purchases from bluegreendesigns.etsy.com.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

-Feedback-
We leave feedback in batches after items have shipped. We endeavor to leave feedback once a week.

-Non-Payment-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
