Welcome to Blue Handle Bags! I work hard to provide you with the best products possible. Your complete satisfaction is my goal. I strive to provide you with a great selection of totes, purses, accessory bags, jewelry and other items. I want your shopping experience to be the fun and satisfying.

I am a one-woman show and my goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible. I do customer orders and offer a seven day a week service: retuning customer inquires, creating handbags, and shipping orders.

In stock items will ship within 24-48 hours and custom orders generally will ship in 7-10 days.

Once the order is shipped, I will send you an email notification with the ship date and tracking for US domestic orders. If for some reason if there is a delay with your purchase, I will contact you.

If you need to rush or delay the shipment, please contact me and we can arrange a solution for you.

Please read my policies carefully before completing a purchase in my store.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
My preference of payment is through PayPal. If you prefer to make a purchase with either a personal check or money order, please email me to make arrangements. Shipping will be made once your check has cleared.

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. If for some reason, you need more time, please let me know. If an order is placed and a payment is not submitted within 3 days I will send a follow-up a reminder. If I do not hear back from you or payment is not made within 24 hours of the reminder, I will cancel the order.

If you have any questions in regards to the privacy or security policies of PayPal, please contact them directly.
Shipping
I ship by USPS to keep shipping rates low for you. Insurance, Confirmation, upgrades or alternative shipping can be arranged. Please contact me to discuss the options and fees.
Please ensure your ETSY address matches your PayPal shipping address. I will send the item to the ETSY address unless you specify a different address in a message to the seller when checking out.

US Domestic Orders

US Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Shipping. The shipping time averages 2-3 business days.

Once your order is complete, I will send you an email notification with the shipment date and the tracking number. All items in one order can only be sent to one shipping address. If you need to have items shipped to multiple addresses, please order the items separately and indicate each specific shipping address or contact me and we can arrange a solution for you. The shipping and handling fee for one item is $9.00; there is an added $3.00 fee for each additional item. The shipping and handling fee includes all packaging and shipping fees exclusive of any special arrangements you require.

Lost Packages

Priority Mail is used for all domestic shipping unless another method is requested and paid for by the buyer. With Priority Mail, all packages are tracked using the USPS postal tracking system. If a buyer would like to purchase insurance for the package, please contact me at the time of order and I can arrearage for the package to be insured for the dollar amount of the item; the buyer will be responsible for the additional cost of the insurance. If a package was not received but the USPS tracking system indicates it was delivered then I am not held responsible for the missing item.

International Orders

For International orders, all items are shipped via the United States Postal Service with First Class Shipping; the shipping time averages 1-3 weeks depending upon the country. Once your order is complete, I will send you an email notification with the shipment date. All items in one order can only be sent to one shipping address, if you need to have items shipped to multiple addresses, please order the items separately and indicate each specific shipping address. The shipping and handling fee for one item is $15.00; there is an added $3.00 fee for each additional item. If you purchase one than one item in an order and require multiple shipping address, please contact me and I can arrange a solution for you. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me to discuss a return or exchange. Shipping fees are not refunded.

I do offer an exchange policy. You will need to contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase to begin the refund or exchange process. The item must be shipped back to me having a postmarked date within 5 days of the original receiving date.

Refunds or Exchanges cannot be honored in the following situations:
* The item has been used or damaged.
* The buyer has not contacted me within 3 days of the original receiving date to schedule an exchange or refund.
* The buyer has not returned the handbag within 5 days of the exchange request.

Custom order sales are final. I cannot offer a refund or exchange on custom orders.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders

I am happy to offer custom orders to create that special and unique item just for you. Typically for custom orders there is an up-charge based on materials and the amount of time it will take for me customize an item for you. Please let me know if you are interested in this service.

Custom orders require 50% payment up front. This payment is non-refundable. Once a design is decided and the price agreed, I will put up a reserved listing for you that is 50% of the total cost. This will be due before any work will be done.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available. Please let me know and I will be happy to gift wrap the box and include a card for you. Depending on the size of the item there may be a small fee for this service.

Tracking Packages

All orders are shipped using the United States Post Office; all US domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Once the order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tacking number of the package.

Since International orders are shipped via the United States Post Office, once the package leaves the US it can no longer be tracked. Unfortunately this means we cannot track an International order.
