I wanted to create a little FAQ area here, allowing further detail about the shop.
- Currently, our processing time varies depending on what figures you order. We do try to operate on the weekends, but it's a much slower operation on weekends. The longer the wait for shipping - the more people are ordering and I really appreciate it!
- Are the models truly only 32mm/75mm? Yes and no. They're designed and printed to 'scale' so while your character may truly be 32/75mm a monster will be MUCH bigger still under the 32 or 75mm scale. This is to bring a little more realism to your tabletop gameplay and make you go "WOW, that (insert monster) IS HUGE!" When your DM sets it on the table. If need be we can also make they true 32mm and 75mm if having them as a scale does not suit you.
*** If you need figures to be 28mm, or really any size, please let us know we would love to assist you***
- Yes! These figures are fragile in spots. When removing supports, even we tend to break them too - hence our mystery misprints! We ONLY send out the quality ones that don't break, print beautifully, and don't cure wonky - so you're sure to get high quality products... unless you're a brave soul who buys a Mystery Misprint! The problem with breaking some of these minis has been drastically reduced by our change to ABS-like resin!
- Can we do Customs? As of 9/5/23 The only Customs we currently can do is a weapon change, size change on some figures, and different sex on SOME figures as well.

What is your lead time on Painted figures right now?
Our current lead time for Painted Minis is a few weeks, if you would like one painted, be sure to let us know how you would like it painted!
What happens if a figure shows up broken??
This doesn't happen often. Our first step is that we would offer a replacement of that part at no charge to you. This is the quickest and easiest way for both of us solve this problem. We will, under no circumstances, issue a refund due to a product showing up damaged UNLESS the product is completely obliterated and shows up broken 3 times in a row. You are free to keep the broken item AND the new item, plus you also get to keep the freebies sent with your order - sometimes more freebies are thrown into the replacement shipment too. Please keep this policy in mind when asking for a refund.
