1 out of 5 starsI ordered the wine glass the first couple days of December knowing it wouldn't be done in time for Christmas. After the original expected shipping date had passed, the shop owner updated the shipping date to the end of January. A week into February I still had not received the glass so I messaged the shop owner. I didn't hear anything back and merely received a refund a week later. I will most certainly not be ordering anything from this shop again.

1 out of 5 starsI knew it wouldn't make it here for Christmas. I still have not received the wine glass (2/4/17) and cantvseem to connect with anyone to help me. BlueJayDecor is no longer available. If anyone knows how I could get my money back I would greatfully appreciate it.

1 out of 5 starsTook 58 days to receive item. Had to open case with Etsy for non-receipt of item. Seller not responsive - messaged several times; only received 1 response. Seller not truthful, saying it would ship by certain date and didn't ship until weeks later - as backed up via package tracking through Etsy and through USPS. Printed shipping label 11 days ahead of actually sending item - so it looks like it went out. Bad news all around.

How the Sparkle Was Born
Blue Jay Decor came about in 2013 while I was finishing up college. I was a new mom and a semi-broke college student. I have always loved celebrations and gift-giving, but the market was full of either expensive personalized gifts or cheap generic gifts. I wanted to offer hand crafted, affordable gifts with a personalized touch to them. I'm also really into sparkly things, and I think glitter is wonderful! This is what Blue Jay Decor offers! We are adopting a puppy!! Please be patient as we adjust to having a new member in the family. In addition to running Blue Jay Decor, I keep my almost 4 year old home with me. There may be some delays while we form a new routine. Thank you so much for understanding!

Returns and exchanges
Purchases are nonrefundable/nonreturnable. I provide accurate pictures and pack my product safely.
If an items arrives broken or otherwise damaged, please contact me. I will need pictures of the item in its original packaging please including the box it shipped in. Thank you.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are approved on a case by case basis. There is no guarantee that I will approve your cancellation request.
Payment
I accept payment via direct checkout and Etsy gift cards. I also accept PayPal.
Shipping
Light-weight items are typically shipped first class mail. I'm happy to ship priority. The price jumps to $6 even for a 3oz item. Some listings allow you to add this option. Others don't. If you don't see the option, please convo me.
All drinkware and apparel are shipped priority mail and include up to $50 insurance.
All orders come with a delivery confirmation tracking number.

Signature confirmation*** is available at the buyer's expense. *** For very large orders signature confirmation is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. However, I understand it can be inconvenient for some.
Since tracking has been provided... once the USPS updates your shipment to the status of "Delivered", its whereabouts are no longer on me.
If you are afraid of a package being snatched off your doorstep, then please consider signature confirmation, shipping to your place of employment, having a neighbor pick up and hold your packages, or being home when your mail comes. If interested, I'm more than happy to look into setting it up to where you have to pick your package(s) up from the post office.
Rush, overnight, delivery is available at a much more expensive cost. If you need it, let me know.
Holiday Shipping
Check my shop announcement for updates throughout the busy seaons. Priority mail typically takes 2-5 days. HOWEVER, I can't control if they take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. My guarantee is that I will ship within the time frame specified in your listing.
International Orders
My guarantee is to fill out the customs form correctly and ship within the time frame specified in the listing. Please be aware of the way your customs dept works. They may have extra fees / handling times that I am not responsible for. If you need help locating the invoice you need to print, convo me for step by step instructions.
Additional policies and FAQs
We adopted a puppy into our family in March of 2016. I will allow our puppy into my studio. However, items will be kept up on table/desk surfaces. I will be updating my apparel listings to reflect this information.
