The nativity scene is absolutely beautiful, one of a kind. The nut grinder and pastry cutter will be put to good use! They were loved, I can tell! I will continue the love of baking by using them

The nativity scene is even more beautiful in person. It was a gift, and my friend is so happy with it! I also bought the nut grinder and pastry cutter. Everything is in excellent shape. I'm thrilled with this shop, and will purchase more in the future.

The glass star taper holders were absolutely beautiful, and there is a very thoughtful hand written note included. This set of candleholders will definitely serve me throughout the years and hopefully be passed down to my son as well.

The Blue Moon Attic Proprietors

We came by hoarding, I mean collecting, naturally because my Grandmother, my mother, Bob’s grandmother, and his mother were all collectors. Now most of these wonderful collections have taken up residence in our home and the rest are biding their time over at Grandma’s in her parlor, kitchen, bedroom, and attic. Our home has been described as looking like a museum and after teaching Michigan History for over thirty years, I know quite a bit about old stuff. We are, however, soon to be an empty nest and are thinking about residing full time at the cottage with our dog, Tucker. Before I go, though, we will need to downsize quite a bit. My task at hand is to find some good homes for our fabulous heirlooms. . Most of these classic, lovely pieces have a story to tell and you may even recognize their tales from your own past. Etsy has become my hobby where I’ve learned a lot about the history of these beautiful items, as well as made some great friends. Decorating with vintage and antique has become very chic and a fun way to feel connected with your home décor. Check back often as I slowly go through the collections. We hope you look and find some treasure here from Granny’s Blue Moon Attic.

Buying vintage is for those who want the character and uniqueness of bygone eras. Vintage items are not perfect and one should expect minor imperfections.Excellent vintage condition means beautiful, but with some signs of age and wear, not perfect. Mint condition means "like new". We will do our best to describe the imperfections in the detailed descriptions and through the photographs.

Paypal and Direct Checkout are available at our shop- this means we take credit cards.
Due to tax laws, we do not sell to customers who live in Michigan.
Shipping
We use the U.S. Postal Service and mail to the address listed on the PayPal or the Direct Checkout receipt.

The item will be shipped 3-5 business days after payment is received. Because the shipping varies widely, it has been estimated. I will refund you any amount over two dollars above the actual cost.
For those who live in Alaska, or Hawaii, contact us for a shipping quote to your location. Larger packages are sometimes mailed parcel post, and may take longer to arrive.
Let me know if you are buying multiple items, I will combine shipping and save you on shipping costs.
In an effort to be green, we will recycle clean boxes and packaging materials whenever possible.

Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our return policy is we will refund your money if the error is ours. If you, the customer, changes your mind, you will receive a refund for the cost of item, less shipping both ways. Under some circumstances, there may be a handling fee. In all cases, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. The refund will be issued upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of item. Please notify us of any issue within four days of receiving the item. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of your refund.
Blue Moon Attic has no control of items lost or damaged in the mail, but we will do our best to make any mailing errors right. Our goal is to have a happy, satisfied customer. We purchase insurance. If your item does not arrive in a timely manner, please contact us so we're aware of the issue.
