International customers are also responsible for any added customs fees or taxes associated with the delivery of their package(s). Custom orders and wedding packages will be delivered by the date you provide in the note to seller box at checkout. If you do not provide a date in the note to seller box, your order will be scheduled, by us, based on our current schedule. Custom orders, wedding packages (3 or more items), and any item that is being customized (even small changes) will take longer than the standard, stated processing time that is shown in the listing and on your receipt. For standard orders, please check the shipping information within each listing, our shop policies, or our shop announcement for current production times. If you are in a rush, please contact us.

If you need a rush on an order, please message us, prior to purchase. We can almost always rush an order, free of charge.

Standard shipping may or may not include tracking. If you'd like to receive a tracking number for your order, when your order ships, please let us know in the note to seller box at checkout.

The word "silk", when describing fake flowers, does not mean the item is made out of silk. Keeping to industry standards, the word "silk" is now used to describe a flower or plant that is artificially made. It does not mean that the material used to make the flower or plant is silk. Materials used may depend on the quality and the final shape requirements of the flower head or leaves, and may include, but are not limited to: polyester, nylon, PVC, latex, rubber, and silk.

All of the pictures in our listings are of items that we have made in the past. We do our best to make sure that your item looks as close to the original as possible; however, no two items look identical, and exact replicas are impossible. In some cases, certain flowers that were used in the original design are discontinued and have to be replaced with flowers of similar shape and color. Please also pay attention to sizing. If you order a different size than the original, it will look different, since sizing plays a part in the overall "look" of an item. If you are uncomfortable with this, please message us. You can also request to receive "approval pictures" prior to shipment. That way, there are no "surprises" on delivery day!

Please note that shipping times and processing times are not the same. The processing time is the time it takes for us to make an item. Shipping time is how long you should allow for your order to arrive, once it has been shipped. Both the processing time and shipping time can be viewed under the "shipping tab" in each listing. All custom orders and wedding packages (more than 3 items) are scheduled differently than regular purchases, and the "scheduled to ship by date" on your receipt will not be correct. When you place your order, you must put the date you want to receive your order in the note to seller box. Your entire order, including approval pictures (if requested), will be scheduled based on the date you provide us at checkout. Dates provided within message threads will not be considered when scheduling an order. ONLY dates given at the time of purchase will be used for scheduling your order, so please make sure you provide us with the most accurate information at that time. Once the order has been scheduled, it is very difficult to change/re-schedule.
