It came out beautifully and was the perfect size for our 2 year old nephew to carry when walking down the aisle. I absolutely love that the heart turns into an ornament. It really is a beautiful piece. We will have this either hung or displayed around our house year round. Alisa was fantastic and went above and beyond with her customer service. Highly, highly recommend both this product and shop/seller!

I have too many good things to say about this seller and the product. I ordered the heart ring bearer pillow and made the terrible mistake of ordering with the wrong date (I wrote the date of the month I was ordering instead of the correct month, which was the following month). Well before I realized my mistake, Alisa reached out because she noticed the date and it was only a few days away. She offered me a separate link for rush shipping and was able to get it made and out to me that weekend. I then realized after all of her amazing help, I accidentally wrote the wrong date! I wrote to Alisa as soon as I realized, explained what happened, and she was amazing. She was beyond kind enough to remake the product with the correct date and all (even though it was completely my fault) and mailed it out to me.

Everything went perfect. The product was great. The seller's flexibility and responsiveness was top notch. No complaints.
