Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me and we can discuss a return or exchange. Actual shipping costs will not be refunded. New shipping costs for the return or exchange will be charged to the buyer.
Payment
I accept payment with PayPal, credit card, cheque, or Money Order. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.
Payment is required upon order. Your order will be shipped as soon I receive payment. Orders with cheque or money order will be processed once the payment clears. If I do not receive payment within 3 business days after the order is received I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received or I have not spoken to you within 5 business days of the sale I will unfortunately have to cancel your order and re-list the item. Hopefully this will never be necessary.

Shipping
I ship all orders using Canada Post. Usually shipping takes 3-5 business days within Canada. I attempt to ship all orders within 3-4 days of purchase.
If you would like delivery confirmation and tracking please contact me regarding extra postage fees.
I will combine shipping costs as indicated for each item. The combined cost will be the highest original shipping price added to the secondary item shipping price. If you are interested in purchasing several items simultaneously please contact me for a combined shipping quote.
Please note that if the shipping estimate listed on any item is more than what it actually cost me to mail the item I will rebate the difference to you!
