I reached out to Janie because I was worried I wasn’t going to receive the Pressed Flower Acrylic Milestone Discs in time for my daughter’s one month. Janie made sure to make and ship the 1 month Acrylic disc and had it delivered right on my daughter’s one month birthday! I was able to capture her one month birthday photoshoot with the disc thanks to Janie! If that’s not amazing customer service I don’t know what is!! Love my milestone markers. USPS n the holidays is all ima say about the shipping BUT she was very helpful and communicative in getting the issue resolved.
