Welcome to Blush Envy! I tried to keep all my policies simple and clear. However, if you have questions I did not address, please send me a note and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

I am really sorry, but I cannot accept custom orders at this time.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
General:
Returns are on a case by case basis-please contact me by the convo button, which is located on my store front page or, by email at blushenvy [!at] gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. We will find a solution from there.

If an item is returned:

1). You pay the return shipping/tracking charge.

2). It must come back in pristine condition, the condition in which it was shipped.

3). It must also be unworn.
You must provide tracking for the item.

You will be refunded once I have the item in hand and can confirm it's condition.
Payment
Payment is expected at time of purchase.
For larger items, a payment plan can be arranged.

Taxes are built in to the price of the items listed.
Shipping
All packages are shipped first class USPS.(Other shipping can be available upon request for an additional charge).

You can expect to receive your purchase within about 10 biz days, unless there is a holiday or at peek shipping seasons, or you are ordering from outside the USA.
If you have not received your purchase
with in 14 biz days have, contact me immediately so I can look into locating your package.

If for some reason a package goes missing, and occasionally it has happened, I'll either ship a replacement, or refund your money-whichever fits best for the situation.


I do not have shipping prices listed for outside of the US currently, but am more than happy to ship-just need some info from you to get a quote. However, packages over $50.00 may require additional regulations regarding refunds. lost packages, etc.

Shipping does not include any customs charges you may incur, those are the responsibility of the purchaser.
