I do not offer refunds on my items. If an item is faulty for any reason I will send out a replacement. I will also repair any damage to my items free of charge (buyer must pay shipping costs).

I only accept payment through paypal, and payments must be made immediately. If this is not possible, please contact me before you make a purchase.

- Items will be shipped to your Etsy address, unless otherwise agreed. Please make sure that this is accurate before making your purchase.

I always post first class, and usually no more than three business days after receiving payment unless otherwise stated. Please bear in mind that all items are made to order, and therefore larger orders that take longer to complete will take longer to ship. If you need your item faster, please contact me and I will see what I can do.

Please be aware that your item will take longer to arrive if you live outside of the UK, but I will try my best to get it to you as soon as possible. I cannot be held personally responsible for items not arriving on time, or for custom's charges.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. If you would like me to ship by recorded delivery, please contact me for a quote.
