I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, but my design studio is the place I call home. My well-laid plans to use my Communications and Rhetorical Studies and Multimedia degree for a career in advertising were derailed by my love of art and design. Blush Paper Co. was founded in 2007. Even after all these years, I still fawn over textured paper, hand-dyed ribbon, and foil lettering.

My husband Ben and I are still adding new adventures to our own love story, and our two girls have been the best chapters yet.

All of our designs are hand created by Jen in her home studio. We offer both professionally printed stationery designs with high quality paper options and affordable high-resolution digital printable files for those who are more comfortable printing at home.

We believe in quality, custom design that truly reflects the passion and vision of our clients, and take great pride in the quality of our work. If something is wrong with your order please let us know within two business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not available.

Custom stamp orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Blush Printables is not responsible for any shipping delays, loss, or damage once the package has been delivered to the carrier. Shipping insurance is available on request.

What is the difference between art mount, wood handle and self-inking stamps?

• ART MOUNT
This stamp option comes mounted on a classic Wood Block with your design carefully engraved on top. Ready to stamp right out of the box. Great for gifts too.

• WOOD MOUNT WITH HANDLE
This option includes the stamp mounted onto a Wood Block with a Walnut Handle added to the top.

• SELF INKING
The self inking stamps include the stamp and ink all-in-one housed in a plastic Trodat unit.

What is your proofing process like for stamps?

To help build the perfect stamp for you, we offer complimentary proofs that are sent via email. Proofs are sent within 72 hours (Mon-Fri) after we received your order.

If no response is received after 7 days, we will send the stamp to production as-is.

Once your proof is approved, your stamp will immediately go into production and cannot be stopped for additional revisions.

We encourage you to double check all names and spellings prior to placing your order, and again when receiving your proof. If you approve a proof with mistakes or omissions I will not replace it.
All stamps are shipped and delivered in 3-5 business days after approval is given.

Do you accept returns on personalized products?

Because all of our items are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

Please make sure your order is correct before approving it: is everything spelled correctly? Is it the right color? Is the correct information included? By approving the proof, you are giving us the green light to go straight into production and we cannot make any additional changes.

How do I submit my personalization details?

To personalize your order, simply include your information in the "PERSONALIZATION" box at checkout. Each listing describes what information is required for personalization. Please make sure that the personalization details you submit are correct: we copy and paste the text that you provide to avoid making mistakes on our end! In the event that we do make a mistake, we always correct them at no charge.

Do all stamps come with ink pads?

Our stamps do not include ink pads with purchase. Ink pads are sold separately through our shop.

Self Inking stamps come pre-loaded with black, water-based ink. This ink is not suitable for glossy paper.

Will I Receive a Vow Book, Guest Book or Wedding Planner Book Proof?

To expedite the process on our heirloom books, we do NOT send proofs. We ask that you double and triple check names, dates and spelling when making a purchase.

How do your items ship?

Our Guest Books and Vow Books ship USPS Priority for standard, and UPS for expedited service. UPS Overnight and UPS 2 Day Air does not delivery on Saturdays.

Our stamps ship via USPS.

All international orders ship Fed Ex 2-day International.

**Please Note: Once your guest book or vow books go into production, we are unable to change your shipping address. Our production partners system is automated. If this occurs,and we are unable to change the address, you will have to wait until it ships back or produce a new book. The customer is responsible for any production and reshipping costs.

What if I need to rush my order?

We offer overnight and 2-day shipping for our address stamps, vow books, and guest books.

Please inquire for rates prior to placing an order.
We are unable to upgrade shipping or change a shipping address once an order has been placed.

Can you change my shipping address?

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to change your delivery method or mailing address.

Kindly double check that your address on file with Etsy is correct prior to placing an order.

Once your guest book or vow books go into production, we are unable to change your shipping address. Our production partners system is automated. If this occurs,and we are unable to change the address, you will have to wait until it ships back or produce a new book. The customer is responsible for any production and reshipping costs.

What if my package is late, or lost?

Once the package leaves my hands, the shipping carrier holds all responsibility for delivery. We will help you navigate the process of filing a claim with UPS/USPS/Fed Ex to determine where your package is, but I can not offer refunds for goods delivered late or lost.
