BlytheBlu's regular headbands are carefully sized to fit Blythe dolls. To correctly fit your headband on your doll, place the sides of the bands behind your doll's ears and then ever so slightly slide the top of the headband (at the crown of your doll's head) toward her forehead. Then move her hair forward on the sides to cover up the "ends" of the headband. Because some dolls have thicker hair than others, which will affect placement, I suggest playing with the placement a bit, moving the headband more toward or away from the forehead until you find the perfect spot!
The elastic headbands are sized using Neo Blythe dolls with stock hair. They have a lot of stretch and will easily accommodate a doll with mohair or alpaca. If the reroot is extremely thick and puffy, the headband will still fit but please note that the elastic will have a tighter fit and therefore the hair might "poof" out over the top. Elastic headbands may be worn across the forehead "boho style," or on top of the head like a regular headband.

Unless you have contacted me and made specific arrangements, payment must be made within 48 hours or the sale will be considered void and the item will be relisted.
Please note that I have a family and numerous other commitments, and that because the post office is quite a distance from my home, I ship only three times a week. To keep shipping charges reasonable for my buyers, I ship via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on the weight of the item. If you need your item fast, please convo me to set up a listing for priority shipping.
I check all items before shipping, and try to pack each purchase with the utmost care. Therefore, I am not responsible for items damaged (or lost) during shipping. If, however, an item does arrive damaged, please let me know and I will try to help you repair the item or find a suitable alternative. If you would like to add insurance to an item, please convo me before your purchase, and I will make a custom listing for you with updated shipping costs. Similarly, if you would like to add tracking or a faster delivery method, please convo me before your purchase.
I am more than happy to ship internationally! However, please note I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees on International Orders. They remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
That said, I take a lot of pride in my work, and I want you to love your purchase! If you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased, please contact me within 3 (three) days of receipt of your item so I can do my best to make it right.
Please keep in mind that like any handmade item, some wear and tear after a lot of usage is common. However, if you feel your item is faulty, or if it has broken due to workmanship rather than wear and tear, please contact me.
