I ordered this as a Christmas gift and it was delayed in manufacturing. I was worried I wouldn’t get it before Christmas. I don’t know what magic they did but I just got it. This company has been great to work with and every time I sent them a message they responded within a couple of hours.

Sorry, but due to the fact that each product is individually produced I cannot offer refunds/returns. Please be sure you order the correct size and options before placing your order. If you're not sure or have questions I am more than happy to help you with the correct option!
Shipping
All shipments are sent via USPS or FEDEX depending on size of item ordered. I will try to keep the buyer "in the loop" and give them a tracking number for their purchase once I receive that information from the printer.
