****BROKEN PRODUCTS****
If you receive your order and it is damaged, contact me within 24 HOURS of your shipment arriving. Pictures of your package and the damaged items must be taken for the claims process. Do NOT throw away anything until the claim has been approved. If you have an issue with your package being broken by the carrier, PLEASE contact me and allow me to rectify the situation BEFORE you leave a negative review reflecting any damages to your product(s) during transit. Each parcel is packed carefully but accidents do happen in transit that I have zero control over. We do not send replacements due to the increase in shipping rates. Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis.

Customized orders (made to order) to include all dough bowl candles and their respective refills cannot be cancelled or returned.

*****We are NOT responsible for theft of packages. If your package shows delivered and you have not received anything, YOU as the buyer, will need to contact the carrier and file a claim. We will not do this for you.***** Please check with all of your neighbors. USPS uses GPS tracking for packages so they can be properly located and accounted for. Refunds for stolen packages are NOT possible. All of our packages are shipped with insurance to protect your goodies!

*****MISSING ITEMS*****
If you contact me that you are missing a product from your package, be sure to send a photo of your box. Specific boxes are used with EACH product so please make sure your claim of missing products is valid. Inventory will be counted to try and locate the said item. If the product is not located as a discrepancy in inventory, inspect your package for tampering. This may be the result of a tampered / stolen item from your package. You the buyer will be responsible for filing the claim on a missing item that has not be located in inventory / part of a tampered package. Be mindful that filing a false claim will not be tolerated by USPS. All packages are weighed during shipment which IS recorded.

***LOST MAIL***
We will handle the claim for this. If your package is lost in transit and tracking information has not been updated for 5 or more business days, we will file this claim on your behalf.


*****RETURNED MAIL****
If your package is not claimed within USPS' allotted 15-day window, the package will be returned to the seller. No credit or refund on any potion of the sale to include shipping will be given. Exigent circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis at the shop owners discretion.


Please be sure to input the correct address for shipping. We are not responsible for the delivery of products to the wrong address. Nor will a refund be given. If you contact me prior to shipment I can update/ correct your address given ample time.
