Frequently asked questions
Shipping Process
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a TRACKING ID.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We require between 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days).
Deliveries
Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days for the U.S.
Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.
We offer the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference:
United States: 3-5 Business days
International Shipments:
Canada: 6-12+ business days
United Kingdom: 7-21 business days
Australia: 5-21 business days

While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes
Can I CANCEL / Update Address?
The timeframe for ANY changes (including personalization details for customized items, address changes, or cancelations) on your order is 12 hours from the time you placed the order.
After 12 hours we CAN'T guarantee that we can accommodate any special request, as most likely your order has been sent to the production process which can't be reversed.

Sizing details
PILLOWS
Please measure carefully! When you’re choosing inserts for your pillows if you want a fuller pillow, size up your insert. For example, if you have a 20″ cover, and you want a really full pillow, use a 22″ insert.
Gift Notes
We do not offer the option to add additional gift notes to the orders.
When ordering you can mark your order as a gift; this only means that the prices will be hidden when shipped, but the item won’t be packed as a gift.
The "Add a note" field at checkout is only intended for communications between seller and buyer, and any additional gift notes will be disregarded.
Exchange and returns
Please note that each item is custom-made to order, due to this nature we can not offer exchanges or returns based on size, style, etc..
Damaged/Misprinted Items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.
Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order.

Cancellations/Returns
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing your order due to our 1-day production turnaround.
If canceled within the allotted time frame, you will receive a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.

All our products are made in and shipped from the U.S.A (Spindale, NC, and San Diego, Ca depends on your location)
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
