I was born and raised in Sunny Southern California. I was an only child. My Daddy was a blacksmith, working and creating trailer hitches and other items from Steel. My Mother sewed and knitted. So my love for crafting started early. In my school years I always gravitated to the Craft classes, Arts, Poetry, Sewing, and at the age of 68, I still love to be crafting. Beading mostly now.

I've been married to my wonderful Hubby for 35 years. Our children are grown & on their own...

I started working with beads several years ago as a hobby to make things for myself. I love Color and made Earrings and Bracelets to match all my colored shirts and blouses.. I was getting lots of compliments from strangers. So, the Idea was born. " Maybe woman would like to buy the kind of Jewelry I make ", but had no clue how or where to make this happen..
Craft Fairs are out for me, having physical limitations due to bad Arthritis. A bit of time pasted, then one day I was reading the newest addition of my favorite beading magazine when there it was, an article about Etsy.. I was over joyed.. Did my research about Etsy, talked to my Hubby and My Shop was born, 7 years ago now.

I already had created my business name, Hubby and I came up with BobblesByCarol.. Wanting my name in the business made it a bit harder to come up with something pertaining to Jewelry. Then it hit me, I started with Earrings, what do they do? Bobble of course, so that's why this spelling and My business name was born.

Since my shop opened I have become quite a Photo nut.. Wanting my pictures to be Great for You...

My favorite type of beads are Gemstones, natural whenever possible. I love the nature that comes through in each pattered bead.. I also work with man made beads like glass, acrylic, porcelain, and a verity of metal beads, and I now use sterling silver ear wires on some pieces.. I let the beads guide me in the creation of a piece of jewelry.. A few years ago I started making beads from Polymer Clay, and am having a blast.. New creations are in my shop now.. In fact my shop is mostly polymer clay creations at this time...

Returns and exchanges
I take returns and exchanges on an individual bases.. Contact me right away (within a week) of delivery if you have a problem.. Any money will go though your means of payment. If returning, postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser... Any return payments will be for the product only and not include any postage paid... The returning item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as sent...
Please note : I will not except returns for reason of color.... I work hard to take clear photos and add color clarification in my descriptions but different computer monsters show color differently sometimes... So please just be aware of that.

I am excepting Pay Pal and Etsy's Direct Check-out.. Both except credit and debut cards for your convenience.. At Pay Pal an account is not a necessity.. Payment is required at time of ordering..
Shipping
* * US : When you order with me, you will receive your order via 1st class USPS. I will ship your order out most often within 48 hrs. of conformation of payment, not counting weekends and holidays.. Shipping should take 3 to 5 days, (US) depending on the time of year and any freaky weather conditions that might slow things down a little..
US upgrade for shipping is available...

~ Handling
Your items will be safely secured in either a bubble mailer or a small shipping box, I using extra padding such as news paper, bubble wrap or packing peanuts. The bubble wrap or packing peanuts I will use, are those that have been mailed to me, of which I have a good supply. I also re-use mailers, so the outside of your package may look a little tattered but rest assured,
the items I am shipping to you will be wrapped very carefully in new tissue paper, earrings, individually to protect against rubbing together during shipping with a final wrap to keep pairs together.. Please open your mailer or box carefully, and enjoy....♥

* If the item or items you're purchasing are for a gift, Please write me a note at check out and I will package appropriately..

* If you are purchasing a pair of earrings and want the little rubber stops on your ear wires please leave me a message at check out... Not everyone uses them so I don't automatically include them... Just let me know...

* I work with Gemstones, some are in a very Natural state, having nooks and cranny's as I call them. Some gems are hand cut.. This all adds to the beauty of the stone.. My photos show this so please look over each picture, I use all 5 spots... Thank You

As with all jewelry, please handle with care and avoid immersion in water. I recommend to take off my Jewelry to shower or swim...
