DISPATCH & PACKAGING:

Once you have placed your order and payment has been received I will send out the items within 2 working days for cards, 1-3 working days for framed prints, and 3-5 working days for my heart plaques. If you have asked for a specific custom order these times will vary, and I will contact you to let you know how long it is going to take for dispatch. All items will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post (with framed prints being sent 1st Class signed,) unless being sent out of the UK in which standard Royal Mail postage will be used.

PLEASE NOTE! That if the personalisation that you have asked for is unclear or affects the layout of the card that I may need to contact you to confirm details, or send proofs to confirm that you are happy with the item. If this is the case I will contact you via Etsy messenger and/or e-mail. Card items are packaged in board backed envelopes prevent them from being damaged in the post. Please note that these items are not sent via recorded delivery as standard due to the cost implications, if however you would prefer to pay for recorded delivery just let me know when you order.

Framed prints are packaged in a white 12.5 inch x 60mm x50 corrugated pizza style presentation box with white tissue paper and bubble wrap to protect the frame. The box is then also wrapped in brown paper to protect the white pizza box.

Heart plaques will be packaged in tissue paper, bubble wrap, and brown paper, which will then be placed inside a board backed envelope.

SHIPPING ABROAD:

(PLEASE NOTE! Unfortunately I am currently not dispatching outside of the UK.)

Please be aware that if you are an international customer in a country that charges sale tax on importation, that you will be liable to pay this as I am unable to. For this reason please look up the charges with your local postal service before ordering. Unfortunately there is no possible way for me to pay your country's import tax upon shipment, as even if the cost of product and shipping was included costs vary on location. I have to list items as "merchandise" rather than "gift," as it is illegal not to do so.

Estimated Royal Mail Standard International Deliver dates are 3-5 working days from dispatch.

PRODUCT VARIATION:

I take every care to try and portray the actual colours of my products in my pictures and those shown match my computer monitor, but due to the fact that computer monitors vary please be aware that they may show up differently on yours.

Every card, print, and plaque that I make is handmade to order. Due to this all products will vary slightly in look and with button placement etc, which adds to the individuality and charm of the item. Also because I print onto canvas effect card for my cards there can be slight print lining within the printing, please note this is not a fault within the print but is an effect of the textured paper used. Likewise the edges of my plaques are designed to be slightly rough and worn looking due to their shabby chic style, again this is not a fault with the product but is designed to be this way.

PERSONALISATION:

PLEASE BE AWARE! That if the personalisation that you have asked for has two names with one much longer than the other, that I may have to alter the sizing and spacing of the lettering in order to make it fit in with the design. Likewise if the personalisation required is unclear or adversely affects the layout of the card I may need to contact you to confirm details, or send proofs to confirm that you are happy with the item. If this is the case I will contact you via Etsy messenger and e-mail. Please be sure to check these from time to time after you have ordered, as if I don't hear back from you it may delay the dispatch of your item. TIME FOR CUSTOM PIECES:

Timescales for custom orders vary depending on how big the project is, how busy I am at the time, and if I need to get any additional materials in. I will let you know how long the order is roughly going to take once we have discussed your requirements. Due to the varying timescales of custom products, please let me know when placing your order if you have a certain time constraint.

SAFETY:

Due to the small parts on my cards potentially posing a choking hazard please supervise children with them.

Likewise due to the fragile and decorative nature of my frames, as well as there being small pieces within them please keep out of reach of children.

The same also applies to my plaques which again are for decorative purposes only and are not suitable to be within reach of children again because they may pose a choking hazard.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please keep all cards, prints, and artwork away from water as the print will run if wet. It is also advised that all cards, prints, and artwork are kept away from direct sunlight as fading may otherwise occur.
