Welcome to Bob's Brass. All twist cuffs are made of brass, copper, or aluminum. Check each bracelet's individual information for which of these metals are used for that bracelet. Bob's Brass is based out of North Carolina.

Returns and exchanges
We want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their purchase! Please contact Bob's Brass before returning merchandise. We accept returns up to three weeks after purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping fees (both original and return). Refund will be processed after merchandise is received by Bob's Brass, and will be for full merchandise price, not including shipping.
Payment
Bob's Brass accepts PayPal as our only method of payment. Please remember Etsy has a 3 day grace period for payment on any purchase. If you do not pay immediately, I will send an invoice. Nonpayment after 3 days may result in the transaction being canceled. Merchandise will only be shipped after payment is received.

We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Please make sure both your PayPal and Etsy addresses match.

Want to pay by credit card, but not a PayPal member? PayPal will still process your order. Just select PayPal at checkout to provide your credit card number.
Shipping
Bob's Brass uses the United States Postal Service to ship our bracelets. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. If you encounter a shipping problem, please contact us so we can help correct it. Once shipped, we are not responsible for the merchandise.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
The EVERYWHERE ELSE shipping price is just a guideline. Sorry for any inconvenience, but please convo us before purchase, so we can offer you the best possible price for your shipping needs. We will adjust the pricing and offer an adjusted invoice, if applicable, for the difference on international shipping. International customers assume responsibility for any duties or taxes on any packages. We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost during transit.
