My ear cuffs and wraps fit to average sized adult ears.. if you have small ears and want to be sure that your ear cuff will fit perfectly, plz, contact me for a custom piece.
- You can pay via paypal or with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express)
- I cancel all those sales which are not paid within 3 days. If you need more time, please, contact me before purchasing.. I'd happily reserve any pieces for you for a few days.
- I like custom orders, so if you need something that's already sold or have an own idea, feel free to contact me :)
- I can make custom pieces within 1-2 weeks.
If I need to order special materials for your jewelry (beads, stones, wire), you need to wait 2-3 extra weeks, and you need to pay for the extra materials when I order them.
- Plz make sure the address you registered on etsy is correct!
- I send a 'HOW-TO' with every piece that explains how to adjust ear cuffs, wear and take care of your jewelry.
- Every piece comes in a hand sewn felt jewelry bag ready for gift giving or to keep it to yourself.
- I ship every piece as a registered mail with priority, which means that your package CANNOT BE LOST! If you don't receive your order within the given shipping time, plz, contact me and I'll immediately look after it.
- Plz note, that buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.

Usual shipping times:
- Hungary: 1-2 business days
- Europe and UK: 3-5 business days
- Japan: about a week
- Canada, South-America, Australia and the rest of the world: about 2 weeks
- US: 1-3 weeks, depending of the US customs department
Sometimes shipping can take longer than normal due to bad weather conditions or holidays. It's very rare, but if it happens, plz be patient.
- I give you refund or send replacement only if your order is officially lost, that's why I ship everything tracked.
