REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON PURCHASES
Not happy with your purchase? I want you to be 100% satisfied with your TX handcrafted purchase. I will refund full cost of item, less postal fees, within 14 days of receipt. I also will be happy to exchange after 14 days and up to 30 days. Item(s) must be returned to BoG Productions in the same quality that you received it.
Custom orders may be returnable if the item is of sellable design and can be re-listed. Return authorization will be on a case by case basis.
NO REFUNDS FOR FOLLOWING:
For purchases under $25 dollars, where insurance was declined, I will not give a refund should the package go missing/not arrive. PayPal's policy will cover you should this happen and I will be happy to work with you through PayPal.

METHODS
Both PayPal and United States Postal Service (USPS) Money Orders (MO) are accepted as payment methods.
DEADLINES
Payment is expected within one day (24 hours) of purchase if using PayPal.
CANCELLATION
If after this time, convos and emails to you have gone unanswered, I will contact Etsy, cancel transaction and re-list the item(s). I also realize 'life' gets in the way, so I will accept the cancellation of a purchase if done within twenty-four (24) hours. Just give me a convo/email. Negative feedback will NOT be given for this action. I think I should be able to give my customer a "do-over" without penalty.
CONTACT/CONVO FRIENDLY
Please do not hesitate to convo me if there are any questions regarding payment actions, *before* making your purchase. Of course I want to make a sale, but we should both be happy about it.

DOMESTIC (USA)
I send packages out by USPS parcel post within two calendar days of payment received. This excludes weekends and US Federal Holidays, as the post office will be closed. I will wait until MO has arrived and funds received before shipping your purchase.
FEES (DC and INSURANCE)
Delivery Conformation (DC) is figured into the shipping and is always required. I will not be responsible for 'non received' items that are shown delivered by DC.
I try to charge only for postage, DC and add a nominal fee, less than one dollar ($1), to cover materials and handling.
Insurance is an optional/additional fee on purchases under twenty-five ($25) dollars. Over this amount and I will pay the insurance fee.
**I will not be responsible for the loss of an item under $25, if insurance has not been purchased.**

INTERNATIONAL
I will be very happy to ship outside the USA, if postage is agreed to by both parties, BEFORE purchase is made. Contact me with questions and I shall do my utmost to find a shipping solution for you.
CUSTOMS
Customers, and not BoG Productions, are fully responsible for all/any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc that may/can occur at the point of delivery in your country. Please check with your local customs agency for more information.

YOU MAY NOT ALWAYS:
...receive the exact item shown in the listing. As my pieces usually start in shapeless lumps of clay, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind (OOAK). I do my best to 'copy' my own work, on repeated items, but glaze variances will occur. No two items will ever be identical and that is the glory of handcrafting.
FROM A SMOKE-FREE HOME:
...but my pottery/polyclay/paint handcrafted items come from a very pet-friendly home. My Furkids keep me company in the studio and help keep me sane(er). This is a head's up for anyone who may have allergies. New packaging is always used and is stored away from pet access.
CUSTOM ORDERS & HOLDS:
I welcome custom requests. Want a kitty plate or business card holder that resembles your Furkid? Did you not see a bowl in just the right color? I might have just the color you're looking for. Contact me and let's work something out.
If you wish to reserve an item, I will be glad to hold it for you for up to one week with the proper convos.
