RING SIZES
Please make sure you order your correct ring size. Do not guess! If you are unsure of your ring size, please verify your ring size with a jeweler BEFORE you make a purchase from my shop. If you are a half size and order the next size up, you should "EXPECT" the ring to fit too big without the addition of a ring size adjuster. If you are a half size and order the next size down, you should "EXPECT" the ring to fit too small. There are no returns, no exchanges, no replacements and no refunds! ALL SALES FINAL!

GIFT MESSAGES
Gift messages are available on all orders. Please make sure you mark your order as “Gift” and type your message in the “Gift Message” area. Any gift message sent to me as a “private note” instead of a “gift message” will not print on the packing slip and will not be included in the package. Adding or editing gift messages after placing an order is not available. All gift messages will print exactly as you typed in the “Gift Message” box on the packing slip. If you do not include your name in the gift message, the recipient will not know you sent the gift. Therefore, I suggest you include your name in the gift message or the recipient will only see my shop name on the packing slip. Any order containing a vulgar or offensive gift message will be cancelled!

ITEM COLORS
All actual item colors may vary according to your viewing device. Unless you are viewing the item on a high-res computer monitor that has been properly color calibrated with ICC profiles, you can expect a possible color shift between the actual item color and the color you are viewing on your device. You can also expect a possible color shift between the actual item color and your personal visual perception of color.

TRACKING NUMBERS and GPS COORDINATES
Every single package I ship contains both a tracking number and GPS delivery scan coordinates to confirm carrier delivery at the address you provided to me on the order receipt. If you are experiencing a mail delivery issue at your address, you will need to resolve your delivery issues directly with your post office. If the tracking number shows your order was “delivered” but you claim you didn’t receive it, you need to speak to your mail carrier or your post office supervisor to obtain the GPS delivery scan coordinates to resolve your delivery issues at your address. I do not own, operate nor am I employed by your post office. Your post office is a Federal Agency. Mail theft / mail fraud is a Federal Felony Offense!

SHIPPING ADDRESSES and BUYER NAMES
Buyer is responsible for providing their complete name (First name and Last name) and a complete, accurate and verifiable shipping address. I will not ship any package that is missing either a first name or a last name. I will not ship to an address that cannot be confirmed or verified by the carrier. I will not ship to a "Buyer Preferred" address. "Buyer Preferred" addresses are NOT POSTAL COMPLIANT! I will not honor any requests to ship an order to a name and/or address that differs from the shipping address on the order receipt. If you would like an item shipped to a different name and/or address, you must edit that information during the checkout process and before completion of the purchase. All orders that contain a shipping address that cannot be confirmed or verified by the carrier, as well as all orders requesting name and/or address changes after purchase or orders missing either a first name or last name, will be cancelled! No exceptions.

MY SHIPPING HANDLING TIME VERSUS CARRIER DELIVERY TIME
My handling time is 3-5 business days. Business Days are Monday through Friday. I only ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Expedited shipping and/or upgraded shipping is NOT AVAILABLE! I do not guarantee any "expected" delivery dates. Expected delivery dates are merely estimates and do not account for CARRIER CAUSED DELIVERY DELAYS which are common and should be expected. Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over carrier delivery times. CARRIER CAUSED DELIVERY DELAYS may range anywhere from a single day up to a month! Any delivery delays should be addressed directly with the carrier.

If you have a question regarding the delivery of your package, the most recent tracking information is available directly on the carrier website. CURRENT NATIONWIDE CIRCUMSTANCES may cause a DELIVERY DELAY by the CARRIER! I claim no liability and/or responsibility for package delivery delays from the carrier. Should a delivery delay issue occur, please directly contact the carrier.

LOST PACKAGES - STOLEN PACKAGES - MISDELIVERED PACKAGES - RETURNED PACKAGES
I claim no liability and/or responsibility for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages when tracking clearly shows "DELIVERED." Buyer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address and a secure carrier delivery location. Any buyer delivery issues on an order with tracking clearly showing the order "DELIVERED" need to be resolved directly between the buyer and their local post office. Any order returned to me as "undeliverable" will be subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE and LOSS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST. Any signature required order returned to me will be subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE and LOSS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
All Priority Mail packages are automatically insured up to $100. Insurance is available on First Class Mail packages for an additional cost at buyer's request before item purchase. If you would like to purchase additional insurance on any package, you must contact me before you purchase the item(s).

DAMAGED INSURED PACKAGE
If the carrier damages an insured package during shipment, you must keep the damaged box and item(s). You must provide me photos and proof of carrier caused damage. I will not provide any carrier delivery damage refunds until I receive the necessary photos and information required by the carrier to file an insurance claim to recover my money. Any uninsured package damaged by the carrier is not eligible for an insurance claim or a refund which is why I strongly recommend you purchase insurance.
