Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know! I always want you to love what you buy from me. Returns are accepted as long as you contact me right away after you receive your order. I would prefer for you to have it in the mail on its way back to me within a week of receiving your package. I will only issue a refund after I receive the item back from you.
If returning an item, I will refund the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing it back to me.
Payment
If you cannot immediately pay for your order, please contact me and let me know, and I will reserve a listing for you.
If you aren't a verified Paypal user, your payment may take anywhere from a few days to a week to be received. I won't ship orders until after I receive payment.
Shipping
To customers outside the U.S. - Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for any customs fees you may be charged at delivery. For overseas customers, your order may take 2 or 3 weeks to get to you. If you need it faster, please let me know.
I use eco-friendly packaging, such as vintage/recycled fabric and reclaimed bubble wrap.
