As a yoga teacher, and jewelry designer I combined my two passions and began creating all natural gemstone malas. Each and every mala that I create is made with my whole heart and a bit of my soul. Creating them is a meditation within itself and I truly love every part of it, I'm beyond honored to create something so beautiful, meaningful, & useful to others

Each mala or healing bracelet set is created with all natural gemstone beads, They come in a beautiful wooden box, stained and lined with fabric, and a card with information on the gemstones and their unique healing properties.

What is a Mala?

Mala beads are beaded necklaces or meditation garlands that have
been worn for thousands of years by yogis and spiritual seekers from all over the world.

First created in India 3000 years ago, mala beads have roots in Hinduism,
Buddhism and yoga.

The term ‘mala’ is a Sanskrit word for “meditation garland.” Originally, mala beads were used for a special style of meditation called Japa, which means, “to recite.”

During Japa meditation you repeat a mantra softly, 108 times, using your mala beads to keep track. A mantra is a word or sound repeated during mediation to help you concentrate.
