Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me first before leaving negative feedback. I accept returns and will provide a refund minus the cost of all shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tracking and insurance can be requested and purchased by the buyer. I ship items via surface mail and airmail which do not provide tracking or insurance- this must be requested by the buyer. The postal service will deal with lost claims, I can send you the receipt to complete the claims forms if insurance has been purchased. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer- Bond Street Vintage do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
Payment
Combined shipping is often much cheaper, and I can provide a quick quote if you are interested in more than one item.

Please be advised that you may experience a delay in shipping due to the current pandemic that is turning our world upside down. We'll be shipping out items twice a week to limit trips to the post office. Thank you for buying vintage and supporting a small shop in our uncertain times. Be safe and take care :)
I ship within 1 to 3 business days.
All items are shipped via Canada Post.
Orders to the US are shipped Small Packet Air which takes about 8 to 14 business days. International Orders are shipped Small Packet Surface which takes about 6 to 8 weeks or longer. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand usually takes about 10 to 12 weeks. ( Items that are held up in Customs may be held up longer.) Please contact me if you want a faster shipping service, or to purchase tracking and insurance. I will adjust the shipping rates for you before you make a purchase.
Bond Street Vintage is not responsible for any custom fees you may be charged by your country or for items that are lost in transit due to post office errors.
All shipping overages of $1.00 or more will be refunded to your account.
I can gift wrap and attach a note for you if its a gift, at no extra charge. I try to use recycled and repurposed packaging whenever possible.
