CRYSTAL & PEARL COLORS: If you see a piece of jewelry you like but it's just not the right color - don't worry. We offer 100's of crystal colors and over 30 pearl color choices - so chances are we can come with a color that matches your style perfectly.

METAL TYPES: All of our pieces are created using sterling silver, antique copper, antique brass and 14k gold filled metals. If you see something in one metal type and need it in another - just contact us and we're happy to accommodate your needs.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS: Plan on purchasing the same item but in quantities of 3 or more? Contact us - we will offer you a quantity or volume discount for purchasing the exact same item in a higher volume - perfect for bridal parties and bridesmaids.

PACKAGING: Each and every piece of our jewelry comes in its own white jewelry box that is lined with cotton. Our logo is on top and the whole box is wrapped in curly ribbon so it's ready to give or receive! Totally free gift wrapping! Then your jewelry boxes are placed in another box and shipped to you.

I ordered a pair of earings for my sister wedding. About 2 weeks prior to the wedding and about 2 weeks from the purchase I have contacted Bonita by email. I asked abouth the delivery date and I explained that I am concerned that the earlings won't arrive on time. I recieved a reply saying that I can pay the priority express delivery - which cost additional £25 on top of the £32 that i paid for the earings + normal delivery in the beggining. I was not told that they may still NOT arrive on time - so I paid. At the end I DID NOT RECIEVE EARINGS ON TIME, AND MOREOVER WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL £14.00! I ended up paying over £60 for the earings. When I aksed for the explnation I recieved only emails excusing Bonita actions. I am extremelly dissapointed and feel I was taken advantage of.

Once again, I'm sorry you're unhappy with the sale. However, I did everything you asked of me during this transaction, including offering upgraded shipping when asked. This package was delivered outside the US. Many times customs in the customer's country will hold up the package randomly. Also, when a package enters another country THAT COUNTRY deems whether or not they'll charge you a "customs fee". These items are out of my control. Neither the USPS or myself have a way of knowing if customs will do this. These items are covered on every product page & my policies page. I've never had an issue with a customer before with this. It's unfair to blame/slander a business & myself like this when I did everything asked & these issues happened within your countries guidelines.

Thank you for coming to my shop. I am a full time mom of 2 with a real passion for jewelry. I make everything by hand, as each order is placed so that my customers can customize their jewelry by color, size and style, with the exception of my "ready to ship" jewelry category where you will find discounted prices on beautiful products that will ship out the same or next business day.

Shipping
All orders are shipped out via US First Class Mail. Should you need your jewelry sooner - please just email us for pricing and time lines. Any jewelry ordered through our etsy store will arrive to you in approx. 30 days or sooner From the date you place your order to the date you receive your order. . Should you provide an email address - we will send you an email letting you know when your order has been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items in our collection may be returned for a refund (less shipping/handling charges and RUSH delivery charges if applicable and a 25% customization fee) except earrings. Earrings are not returnable for sanitary reasons. You must follow the return policy to receive a refund.

What is the 25% Customization Fee For? The 25% customization fee is for the materials used to create your custom jewelry piece that cannot be reused again (ie., head pins, wires, etc.). This customization fee also includes a very small portion for the time it takes to create your order.

Return Procedure: Email info [!at] bonitaj.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to notify us of your return. (Orders for weddings, proms and other events cannot be returned after the date of the event under any circumstances.) Return shipment to BonitaJ.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s).

Returning Policy for Jewelry Sets: If you purchase a jewelry set that includes earrings and you want to return the jewelry set, you can return everything EXCEPT for the earrings. The actual list price of the earrings will be deducted from your return amount. A 25% customization fee will still apply to all other jewelry pieces in the order. Should you leave the earrings in the return package and ship them to BonitaJ.com - BonitaJ.com will ship only the earrings back to you and deduct the shipping charges from your refund.

BonitaJ.com cannot be held responsible for any shipped orders that are damaged, lost or not correctly delivered due to the US Postal services mistakes, weather, etc.
Additional policies and FAQs
How do I measure for Bracelets & Necklaces?
To measure yourself for bracelets and necklaces, either take a piece of jewelry you already like the length of and measure it, or take a piece of thread or string and wrap it around your neck or wrist, then measure that length. Remember for the bracelet length that you want to add a little bit so the bracelet is not tight on your wrist. All of our bracelets and necklaces are sized from end to end (not including the extender chains when you opt to add those) - including the clasps. Clasps add length - so we count the clasp length into our bracelet and necklace lengths from your size customizations.

I've received my order and my Necklace/Bracelet is too Long/Short - What can I do?
If you've received your order and it just doesn't fit - you have options!

OPTION 1: BonitaJ.com will lengthen or shorten your bracelet/necklace for a small fee and a Re-Ship fee. You must let us know about the size issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Please call or email us (888-430-2623 or info [!at] bonitaj.com) letting us know your order number, the product you need fixed - and the new size that you would like, as well as when you will need your items shipped back by. Depending upon how quickly you need your items returned - the Re-ship fee varies. We will email or call you back with the re-ship fee cost as well as the cost to resize your purchased items. Please ship back your jewelry in the white boxes they were sent to you in - as this will protect your jewelry from damage. Ship your package back to the address on the label from your jewelry boxe(s).

OPTION 2: You can order an extender chain. An extender chain can measure from 1" - 5" - depending upon your specific needs. The extender chain comes with a lobster clasp that attaches to your current bracelet/necklace looped end (the non hook or lobster claw end) and adds additional length. Please email info [!at] bonitaj.com. We will work together to come up with the proper sizing and customizations to make your necklace and/or bracelet fit perfectly. There is a small fee for the extender chain and shipping charges vary upon how quickly you need the extender chains shipped.

International Customs/Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs, import or tax related fees that are incurred. BonitaJ.com cannot anticipate what your country will charge for these types of fees, and customer agrees to pay any and all associated fees. These fees are in no way related to or covered by the shipping fees you pay BonitaJ.com. BonitaJ.com can also not be held responsible for any shipping issues once your shipment leaves the US. We cannot control individual countries customs, procedures and delivery services. In the event an international shipment is delayed due to customs holds or other issues outside of our control, we cannot be held responsible and no shipping fees or re-shipping fees will be refunded or covered.
